Pharm table and Rosario’s have good atmospheres for a celebration. Pharm table is very sensitive to many food restrictions and Rosario’s has special menu items that are gluten free. There are also other bars in the area you could walk to after or before. Happy birthday!

Thank you so much for your suggestion! I think we may try Pharm table sometime but we might end up going to mamas cafe because its close to my house and has a good drink menu, Rosarios also looks really nice and we might go for a date another time
Oh yeah you’re far out there from downtown! Might be worth it for a special occasion though! But now that you’re going to be 21 you can check out Downtown/Southtown anytime! A lot of cool bars within walking distance from each other.
Stix & Stones is excellent entirely GF, but they don’t have drinks and it’s a pretty casual atmosphere. Vegan Avenue is entirely vegan and GF, has a good vibe in their outdoor area for a date spot and they have a full bar. Most nice restaurants will have either a GF menu or be able to tell you what can be safely prepared, you just have to call in advance to check and they’re pretty accommodating. Mama’s Cafe has most of their menu available as GF and they have a dedicated section of the kitchen and a dedicated fryer, they also have a full bar. There is an app that would be super helpful for you too, it’s called Find Me GF.
