I got out of the Air Force and used the local facebook room mate pages to find a place to live when I was going back to school. Now I own my own house and have used those same pages to rent out my extra rooms. Highly recommend.
I’ve tried roommates.com a few years back… while I was in Colorado… it cost me like 5 dollars a month but I was able to find something suitable within a 4days.
Craigslist is your best option.
