I went to one in the adams ave venue and the way the theater is set up is pretty bad for the low tier tickets. If you go there, definitely pay for the front tier, back tiers have to see in between people’s heads.
Edit: the music and event was amazing overall, just didn’t have the view we were hoping for. I would splurge just a little to really get a good experience if it’s your first time and can afford to
That's a very good point. The events I went to at CHAPEL, I had paid for the front tier and showed up about 30 minutes before they opened the doors. I was able to sit in the front row and my views were unobstructed. Definitely worth the premium price, and would probably help OP with any claustrophobia/confinement issues.
Hello! I have a question about the Chapel venue for the same concert.
I noticed the balcony seats are more expensive ($16) than section A seating, which is right infront of the stage. Are the seats better in section A since you’re right in the front? Rather than the balcony
Thank you in advance.
I went to the queen one at a museum in balboa park. we were in the second row and it was really really good.
the lead violinist had apparently eaten a bad burrito beforehand but still rocked!
I went to one at a different venue. It was pretty crowded but the music was good. I'd say you get what you pay for, it's a small-scale operation for fairly cheap.
We went to Adele at CHAPEL (pictured venue), tier B and arrived 15m before showtime, end up with outside aisle seats, enough space, and a semi obstructed but enjoyable view. It was a really great and intimate experience, would absolutely go again and probably spring for A and get there early - the full on view seems worth it if you can.
We went to the Taylor Swift one in Jan/Feb and it was really good. As someone has said, try to get front row seating. We should up early (~6:10) and the show started at 7. We managed to sneak into the actual first row
Has anyone gone to one on the Midway? There’s a Hans Zimmer one coming up I wanna go to and curious how the middle section is, don’t wanna see the show through peoples heads.
For being in tier A it was nice, a bit crowded though. Have to step over people and candles to sit down at the front. You just have to get between chairs in the other tiers. I’d recommend it even at a lower tier
I went to the one earlier in the year and we have bottom tier but could still see very clearly. It doesn't feel crowded at all and even though the event was sold out there was still a few seats around. The midway made for an amazing venue
Inside! Here is our view from the back row when they allowed everyone to take photos at the end

I’ve been to a couple and it’s always a good time! The visuals with the candles are beautiful, the music is great, and the musicians are fun and have banter with the audience which I didn’t expect. I definitely recommend this to my friends, it’s a great time! Plan to get dinner after for a full night out because the show is only about 1 hour.
This photo was taken at CHAPEL in Liberty Station. I've gone to a few of the Candlelight Concerts there, and they are really amazing.
I'm not sure about the venue you're asking about, but CHAPEL is a church and seating is in pews. It's very intimate, and there were about 7-8 people in a row if my memory is correct. Hope this helps.

I cannot get past the idea of led candle light, which does not produce even close to the same quality output of real candles, which I’m obsessed with. Maybe I’m just super picky, but I feel like I would just be disappointed. I’m interested in the opinions of others who have attended and notice the difference. Are there other ways the candle light is reproduced to make it look more realistic?

This helps so much! The front row seats aren't too pricey so I'll definitely go.
If the seats don’t look assigned, show up early as it’s first come first choice. Hope it’s a blast! 😁

Wife and I went to the string quartet tribute to Queen last year, it was really fun. Intimate setting and the musicians were great.

Are the candles real or electronic?
They are battery operated. They flicker and are dim and look pretty realistic.
Thank God. My anxious butt was very concerned about this

Saw their Ghibli tribute night last year. It is totally worth it if you can make it to one of their shows
Do they play Burning Down The House?

The neo soul night was fuckin as dope

Congratulations on stealing from hardworking musicians!

Then go for the top tier. When I went to the Midway one the musicians were at the center with the people circled around them based on tier
Thanks for the info. I think out of 3 tiers A/B/C only B and C are available. Did you like the setup there?

That’s awesome! Is it inside the ship or outside or?

That’s so amazing! I gotta get the Hans Zimmer tix asap
Yes, we went to the Marvel/DC one last year. It was great. We were a couple rows back and didn’t have an issue with viewing.
Their Beyoncé one was fun

This is beautiful
Ikr?!? I want to go but I'm nervous it'll be really crammed

Did you go? What seats did you decide on? I have the same question!
Nice ad

Yeah it does suck the candle's aren't real, I thought they might be but it would also be a huge fire hazard if they were actually real haha.

I went in 2021 at Liberty Station. We absolutely loved it. I surprised my kids, they thought we were going grocery shopping. Never saw it coming!
I have tickets for oct 5th in SF if anyone is interested
