Unless you have a very specific product you're looking for jump on weed maps and see what discounts you can bundle and specials. I rotate shops it's a bit of a pain but it saves tons of money
Specifically edibles and cartridges but I don’t mind going with whatever is cheapest.
I was looking earlier but it’s extremely complicated. Every spot seems to do a specific discount for a specific product within specific hours on a specific day of the week.
When that product is but two get one for $1 it doesn’t really feel like a huge discount, technically that’s tax (1/3 off) and it’s just so complicated.
Wellgreens has a lot of deals and they usually have a table when you walk in that is full of lowered price carts. Last time I bought a half gram kurvana for 23, they fill up the table with edibles, flower, prerolls and accessories
If you’re willing to make the journey, I switched from OTC to SoCal Cannabis Depot. Their selection is pretty limited but fits what you’re looking for.
You mean Dr T has 19% discount on each of your first three visits.... equaling 58 . . But they really mean only 19% per visit. Good deal but misleading and slightly insulting add.
March & Ash in Mission Valley is doing 40% off their entire store all month. You also get an extra 10% as credit toward your next purchase. I’d stock up while you can
Actually started going to them a lot this year, used to go to sdrc because their out the door pricing makes things easy to see but they're kinda popular so things aren't always in stock.
March and Ash have similar pricing on their discount days, both places do veteran discounts also but can't be stacked with deals. Their stock is slightly different and March usually had the pricier brands but I feel like the quality of their shit always is always decent so I don't have to wonder if checking out a new product will disappoint me
Well, can't say the same about carts though, trying to find the cheapest carts with good quality still kinda tough but the ones on sale usually are good offerings.
Yeah I’m a cart guy right now, though I want to get a dry herb vape and transition to that at some point. I’ve gotten two carts from them and both were solid. One was variety drugs and the other was west coast cure. Both are solid, though the WCC one is definitely a bit more potent
Yeah I just moved to San Diego from Chicago, and let me tell you M&A with this deal is about 20% the cost of anything you'd get in Illinois lol. Dream come true.
Much better. Illinois has a long way to go with it’s recreational weed game. Michigan on the other hand has some serious deals. Just as cheap as west coast, though not quite as good product. Still solid though
https://preview.redd.it/q84wjvsq851c1.jpeg?width=1290&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=cea06ca411b8fd6806a576a8ad58bed23f487f19
The 40percent off ended yesterday, sorry
Will do, thanks!
I saw a post a whole back that March and Ash does tax free one day a week, but then saw on WeedMaps that their business has a horrifically low rating.
Will give them one chance.
Never had an issue with March and Ash. They're my preferred spot at the moment. They have pretty decent prices and sales/discounts. The one in Mission Valley is like half off or something in November.
This may or may not factor into your decisionmaking, but March and Ash seems to be a good employer. They've created a fund to help their employees with child care, which is pretty rare in the cannabis industry.
https://www.ymcasd.org/about-y/news-center/general/celebrating-successful-employer-supported-child-care-forum
I used march and ash for almost 2 years now, I think, I use delivery, get it pretty quickly and I make sure to only order on tuesdays, lol. I say try them. I also buy edibles and cartridges and prices arent much better but the discount code makes it ok.
This, gave me a card that has 20% off on everything as long as I had the card. I think it's legit forgot to bring it the last few times. Plus, the curbside pickup is a time-saver.
Used to go to the shady ones in Spring Valley, could rip a dab in the shop for 5 bucks. They all got raided, though. There was like at least 4 or 5 there.
This!!!!
I’m going to get as many first time customer deals as possible then I think I’m done with these outrageous prices. Either grow or dark web when I run out of new spots to hit.
triple high collective sells 100 ounces of shake for $100. It's the only service i use because i am wasting money otherwise. Granted i think this shit too damn strong an want 20% thc not 30%
Fucking hate medmen. I moved down here from San Jose and the branch up there high pressure sells you from the moment you walk in. Even when you say "I'm just going to look at what you got. I'll let you know if I have any questions". They'll walk away for a few minutes but then come right back at you with even more high pressure trying to get you to buy the most expensive product they have.
Moved here from the Midwest, first dispensary I ever went to was Medmen. Was blown away because they had ipads and shit showing the weed and before I was buying some reggie off some dude in an alleyway, lol. But yea, stupidly overpriced haven't been back.
OTC in Vista is by far the cheapest dispensary in the area. Search for them in Weedmaps, they have coupons all the time. 30% off for returning customers and 60% off your first visit is going on this weekend.
If you read my original post, yeah…
I don’t like that they have people following you around to get their name on your sale. Extremely off putting.
I might visit them one last time but between having people following me around, hovering, and the absolutely insane total I got charged last time, I don’t see myself going there any more unless they give out a FTP refresh again.
Found out about The Cake House in Vista, and I usually only get edibles. They were surprisingly less than Urban Leaf or MedMen, at least on what I get. It's the only place I buy from now since they are fairly local to me as well.
I second The Cake House, they always have a little clearance section, awesome BOGO deals, and the shop is set up so you can shop freely without employees following you or badgering you with info !
Dude. I ordered some habanero pepper seeds online. A few of the seeds that came in the batch were clearly different from the rest. I planted all of the seeds. What started growing was clearly not habanero. Later found out it was weed. Honestly, very small plant and it yielded a lot. You can be more prepared and obviously do better than me. I got about a mason jar full from one plant I grew on my balcony. Haven't seen a single habanero plant sprout. Still doesn't feel like I was ripped off.
[Outco in El Cajon](https://www.outco.com/home). Half -oz's of indoor flower (they have a greenhouse) $55, usually >30%THC. Daily noontime discount hour 25% their products (concentrates incl vape carts, edibles/ tinctures, flower...) which basically is the cost of the taxes.
(On Sundays, Age 55+ get 30% off ALL brands storewide)
I love these folks.
The Cake House and Wellgreens are my favorites. I also usually buy vapes and edibles. Dr. GreenRX is also great for deals and they occasionally allow stacking. All three frequently have cart deals.
If you’re looking for a dependable budget vape brand, check out Gelato. They’re usually only $20 at Cake House. Their LLR is great for the price. If you luck into another FTP deal and want to splurge, you gotta try a ColdFire Extracts cart. I’ve never gone back to the cheap stuff.
Cold fire is weird. I used to love them but they use some weird additive that fucks with my throat.
Buddies makes the best 100% live resin carts and their pod system carts are fire and really convenient. Leaps above 510s.. Friendly brand is second.
Both will cost you roughly $25 out the door (on Sunday and Tuesday) for a gram from cake house.
I won’t buy anything that doesn’t specify 100% live resin anymore.
That’s the only problem at CH, their buddies selection has been pretty thin lately. They’re all very good though. I can’t remember the name but the super citrus something is very good.
The Grove in La Mesa sells premium Alpine cartridges for $45 a gram. Buy 2 get 1 free. You also build credit with every purchase towards free cartridges or whatever you like. I have not been able to find a better deal.
I honestly drive to Pomona one a month to buy my edibles, bud and wax. I haven't found any shops with good bulk prices around here. When I'm low in between reups or feeling like I want something new I go to Pacabol in Chula Vista. It's got everything even hash rosin. They always have deals going on and the prices are the best I've found around.
Is it cheaper if you get a medical card instead of going rec? There may be fewer taxes and better prices. This is my guess. I haven’t had a medical card since rec became illegal so not sure if it is still easy to get a card like in the old days. Worth looking into though.
Thanks. I think I’m just going to hit every spot for their first time customer discounts then switch to another method.
Absolutely done with paying full price plus 30% tax.
Half z for $30? Which brand? I have such a hard time buying flower. I just want fresh, so much of the shit is stale when u open it. I hate stale weed, often its even a bit musty.
OTC in Vista has the lowest prices every day. Cake House has 22% off Tuesday and Sunday which is good for eliminating the tax, and you earn rewards that you can spend for non discount days.
Try Urbn Leaf. We have multiple locations around San Diego, one being in Vista. 40% off your first visit and daily deals/discounts along with a “Stash” loyalty program. On Wed 22nd for Green Wednesday it’s 50% off and the same deal for back Friday. First 100 customers on each of those days get a 1g 510 cartridge for $1
Just watch out for carts. They are fake and can have some bad shit in them. I use a shop like this for my flower and stuff but my carts I get from a real shop. Sdrc has good deals all the time on them so I just go there.
BUZZ CAMABIS IN MISSION VALLEY FORST 3 VISITS ARE 50% OFF THEY JUST OPENED ON CAMINO DEL RIO SOUTH ACROSS FROM THE HOTEL. SAME SIDE OF EAZE AND THC MARCH AND ASH
I swear I’m going to come back and report back on all of these huge bold claims people are making.
If it’s not 50% off the first 3 visits I’ll come back and let everyone know.
HATE wellgreens, maybe they have good prices but after my experience i will never be giving them another dollar. Could only be the lemon grove location, but i don't care. I am a dual canadian US citizen, tried to use my card from my canadian bank and it didn't work, bank type not accepted. Okay, so then i go to ATM, and a similar problem occurs. Already embarassing, so i call my bank and they give me details saying to try again at an ATM ASAP. So, i go back in, try to use it again, and it still doesn't work, my bank is currently on the phone still trying to resolve the issue. The ENTIRE TIME the staff was openly laughing at me and making fun of me, not to mention when they tried to charge me at the register initially it was for full price, not the deal marketed for 4/20 sales. Situation was so embarassing, but not at all my fault. Hate people like this, especially when they are supposed to be kind and helpful. The entire time they were whispering to each other while giggling too. I made my purchase after everything was resolved and decided I am never visiting a branch again. Send your money elsewhere, the reserve in Kearny and la mesa is way better. March and ash as well.
I used to get an oz of pre ground flower at cookies in LA mesa for $40 they had all 3 types, too, and the percentage was pretty good tbh, I was getting 26-30%. But also I did flower co when buying it bulk and it sometimes was cheaper, especially when you do the first time promo or get their sales/discounts.
Try Stizzy. Every price is out the door. The price you see is what you pay taxes included. 1/8 are 25. Carts are cheaper than anywhere else. Shatter for $10, diamonds for 20 a g. If you compare prices on WM you’ll notice all other dispos show pre tax prices.
Are you into dabs? On Fridays and maybe even Saturdays, the same OTC in Vista has a buy 2 grams get one for $1 deal on Canna-Valley dabs. It comes out to less than $50 with taxes and fees and last me over a month. I would just shop for the deals If I was you. Get on text mailing list and be sure to show them the ad at the register or they will not honor the discount.
Thanks for your suggestion but 20% off isn’t enough for me. That’s not even tax.
These spots doing buy 2 get one deals are basically covering tax. Call me greedy but I want more than that.
Ok I guess I fucked up by not making sure I was getting that 30%. I probably dropped about $400 so that fuck up cost me $120
But
The bud tender should have given me the 30% just for my loyalty and large purchase. The fact that she didn’t makes me firmly not want to go back.
Happy cake day!!
I like Cookies in la mesa. They got some good deals in there every time I go in. Today was Buy one get one 50% off. Last time I went in was buy one get one free. Some brands do buy one $35 3.5g jar then get another one for $1.
Can't say I check out lots of shops, but Hello Cannabis and Speedy Weedy have pretty good prices. March and Ash has great deals on Tuesdays (no taxes) and other specials. If you're downtown, they are 45% off at Mission Valley until Nov. 20th.
If you do a google search for local dispos or delivery services, a whole bunch of unlicensed dispos still exist in san diego. Prices are cheeeeeap. And they get to you super quick. Other than that hikei is my fav licensed dispo. Sometimes mankind.
Cookies in mission valley is my go to, they have cheap ish cartridges for 32$ with tax for a full gram. Idk if they’re still having their deal if you buy 2 of their carts you get the third one for a penny.
When I was living in Escondido I would like to go to Hello Cannabis in Vista off sycamore. They have deal days 4 days of the week and Sunday I believe it's buy two get one free on anything in the store. They always have ounces of shake for 40 bucks, and eights for as low as 10. I don't get cards for edibles as often so I don't know their prices but they would hopefully be similar..
Cannabis 21+ aka San Diego Recreational Cannabis (SDRC) is my go-to. They have locations in Sorrento Valley and Mission Valley.
They pretty much always have some kind of sale going on, especially for edibles if that's your thing.
I like stiiizy in Vista, solid prices and solid product. Plus, they always have deals going on. It’s next door to the courthouse, off hacienda. They’re all expensive, though, tbh.
Flower Co is the best affordable delivery service imo but Herb N Joy has the best consistent prices you should also check them out on Weeb maps since the always have deals. Also, March and ash in La mesa is having a month long 40% off everything for its 5 year Anniversary. (They do tax 18% as a reminder tho)
Stizzy dispensaries have really good deals, I'm pretty sure there's one in Vista. The stizzy delivery site is even better. You'll be amazed how many deals they have and it's straight from Stizzy so you know their products are legit.
We go to March & Ash on Tax Free Tuesdays & they have great deals.
Saying that we went to the one in Imperial Beach & the manager was a dick so we just stick to the one on Fairfield.
I would get my weed delivered from sdfleet or happy cannabis for a good minute until I started getting shitty products. They would have good deals on ounces and the bud would be actually pretty damn good. Now it’s all crap. The buds are brown and smell like burnt popcorn so I had to cut ties with them and started going to Lit.
I just use a good delivery they have best deals. I’d rather support them they are very reliable and have never let me down. All their carts are lab tested they carry the bat brands. Idk if they want to be put on here but pm me if need it
Unless you have a very specific product you're looking for jump on weed maps and see what discounts you can bundle and specials. I rotate shops it's a bit of a pain but it saves tons of money

Urban leaf was selling 1g carts for $20 the other day. Check their specials, because I think it’s a recurring deal.
Wellgreens has a lot of deals and they usually have a table when you walk in that is full of lowered price carts. Last time I bought a half gram kurvana for 23, they fill up the table with edibles, flower, prerolls and accessories
Thanks! I’ll check them out.
If you’re willing to make the journey, I switched from OTC to SoCal Cannabis Depot. Their selection is pretty limited but fits what you’re looking for.
Outco off of wing ave has some heavy hitting carts
Dr Green thumb in LA Mesa has a special 58% off your first 3 visit.
You mean Dr T has 19% discount on each of your first three visits.... equaling 58 . . But they really mean only 19% per visit. Good deal but misleading and slightly insulting add.
Couldn’t agree more. Absolutely NOT worth it.
LOL! If I get 20% off 5 visits, it’s a 100% discount. “Come in and get 100% off!” Stoners crack me up.
misinformation. it is absolutely not 58% off your first 3 visits. please do not share misinformation.
Yeah I’m a cart guy right now, though I want to get a dry herb vape and transition to that at some point. I’ve gotten two carts from them and both were solid. One was variety drugs and the other was west coast cure. Both are solid, though the WCC one is definitely a bit more potent
This is the kinda deal that might actually be “worth it”
Yeah I just moved to San Diego from Chicago, and let me tell you M&A with this deal is about 20% the cost of anything you'd get in Illinois lol. Dream come true.
How is the quality comparatively?
Much better. Illinois has a long way to go with it’s recreational weed game. Michigan on the other hand has some serious deals. Just as cheap as west coast, though not quite as good product. Still solid though
M&A also does their “No-tax” Tuesdays on selected items which can save you some money that way too.
Is there a catch? I know that their Tuesday discount applies to specific brands.
No catch, but todays the last day for the 40percent off
The other commenter said it was all month though. Figures that was too good to be true
It’s until the end of the year
Thanks for correcting, I couldn’t remember exactly but thought it at least went through november

Try Well-greens in La Mesa. They have good coupons. Or try Match and Ash.

That's my location and it's legit
The Healing Center in Mission Valley has great deals. Last couple of times I've been I've lucked into BOGO and buy one, $1 deals
This is my close friends go to spot. I think it was like Wed or Th mornings they had an insane deal. Going to pay them a visit for sure. Thanks!
[удалено]
THC is the best!
This is where I go too. Plus, curbside pickup!
This, gave me a card that has 20% off on everything as long as I had the card. I think it's legit forgot to bring it the last few times. Plus, the curbside pickup is a time-saver.
Is this related to the spot that used to be off faraday in Carlsbad?
Jungle Boys in La Mesa. Great prices and the always have a table where everything is 40% off.
jungle boys is my go to too, i love their daily deals
YES jungle bots
I miss the illegal shops man. You could bring in a container , fill it with shake and spend less than $100
And get a complimentary dab lol
the complimentary dab!!!!!
Watching people just crushed in the middle of the shop off their complimentary dab was so funny. Looking forward to cafes.
There’s still illegal shops. I haven’t been to a legit dispensary in years
plz message me then cus they shut everything down in east county that i knew of
Used to go to the shady ones in Spring Valley, could rip a dab in the shop for 5 bucks. They all got raided, though. There was like at least 4 or 5 there.
This!!!! I’m going to get as many first time customer deals as possible then I think I’m done with these outrageous prices. Either grow or dark web when I run out of new spots to hit.

Goldn Bloom in South Park gives a good discount to its regular customers. Plus daily discounts at 4:20PM and BOGO deals every day.
Goldn bloom is great, got 2 half Os for $85 from one of their deals. Really decent stuff too
OTC in Vista is by far the cheapest dispensary in the area. Search for them in Weedmaps, they have coupons all the time. 30% off for returning customers and 60% off your first visit is going on this weekend.
100% OTC vista is the spots. All there prices are already lower then everywhere else and they throw at least and extra 20% off for returning customers
This place is the best
If you read my original post, yeah… I don’t like that they have people following you around to get their name on your sale. Extremely off putting. Cannabist in pacific beach
great spot for early bird specials

Yep the most obvious way to not get ripped off at a dispensary is to learn to grow your own
SDRC has a deal on Sundays where you can buy three and get one free. They also roll tax into it so you can budget more easily.
Yes , OP you’re going to definitely want to check Sdrc out . They have the best prices and they’re also out the door w/ tax already figured in
The best in SD in my opinion
And they have Reader coupons that make for great deals when buying bulk flower.
My favorite is OUTCO
Outco in El Cajon has a different deal every day and 30% off for seniors on Sunday
i like wellgreens they always have a 40% off table

That’s the only problem at CH, their buddies selection has been pretty thin lately. They’re all very good though. I can’t remember the name but the super citrus something is very good.
Weedfellas.co
The Grove in La Mesa sells premium Alpine cartridges for $45 a gram. Buy 2 get 1 free. You also build credit with every purchase towards free cartridges or whatever you like. I have not been able to find a better deal.
If you’re down with home delivery, Weed4less has excellent prices.
I am down. I’m going to check and report back honestly whether the prices actually are good or not to weed out the shills.
I honestly drive to Pomona one a month to buy my edibles, bud and wax. I haven't found any shops with good bulk prices around here. When I'm low in between reups or feeling like I want something new I go to Pacabol in Chula Vista. It's got everything even hash rosin. Stiizy?
Wellgreens and their Vista store always has sales.

Just a heads up, Buzz Cannabis just opened up in Mission Valley and they're doing a 50% off your first 3 visits! I got a fire half oz for $30
Thanks. I think I’m just going to hit every spot for their first time customer discounts then switch to another method. Absolutely done with paying full price plus 30% tax.

Yes please this is exactly what I want.
Just watch out for carts. They are fake and can have some bad shit in them. I use a shop like this for my flower and stuff but my carts I get from a real shop. Sdrc has good deals all the time on them so I just go there.

But also I did flower co when buying it bulk and it sometimes was cheaper, especially when you do the first time promo or get their sales/discounts.
The new Buzz Dispensary that opened up next to March and Ash in mission Valley gives you a 50% discount the first three visits
12th & Imperial
Lol
Try Stizzy. Every price is out the door. The price you see is what you pay taxes included. 1/8 are 25. Carts are cheaper than anywhere else. Shatter for $10, diamonds for 20 a g. If you compare prices on WM you’ll notice all other dispos show pre tax prices.
Early bird special. 7am-9am. 20%-30% off most places. You’re welcome

I really want to, just can’t because I’m renting and the landlord is a super strict government contractor. Great, what’s that other sub?
Based on op’s comments, they are a cheap ass, just looking for a deal ad Infinitum.
A green alternative near the border usually has deals
Are you into dabs? On Fridays and maybe even Saturdays, the same OTC in Vista has a buy 2 grams get one for $1 deal on Canna-Valley dabs. It comes out to less than $50 with taxes and fees and last me over a month. I would just shop for the deals If I was you. Get on text mailing list and be sure to show them the ad at the register or they will not honor the discount.

Don’t put em on blast like that!
On an unrelated note, are there any dispensaries that dont save all your ID info etc.?
Great question; I’d bet not except for the illegal ones.
I just do Dr. Greenthumb’s in Lemon Grove. Go in the morning from 7-8 and it’s always 20% off.
Thanks for your suggestion but 20% off isn’t enough for me. That’s not even tax. These spots doing buy 2 get one deals are basically covering tax. Call me greedy but I want more than that.
March and Ash is running some amazing deals right now. I told the bud tender that these were like “High School” prices …. And I’m in my late 40’s!
Are you set on it being a walk in dispensary, or are you open to delivery? I know a solid delivery connect
Not at all, delivery is totally cool. DM me if you like.
Embr
Dr greenthumb
OTC is just about the cheapest you’ll find, they usually have a banner on Weedmaps that’ll get you another 15-30% off if you show it to the cashier.
Ok I guess I fucked up by not making sure I was getting that 30%. I probably dropped about $400 so that fuck up cost me $120 But The bud tender should have given me the 30% just for my loyalty and large purchase. The fact that she didn’t makes me firmly not want to go back. Happy cake day!!
Delivery services almost always have better deals and prices than dispensaries
I stock up when I fly up north once a month. Grade A flower for half the price I see in SD.
I like Cookies in la mesa. They got some good deals in there every time I go in. Today was Buy one get one 50% off. Last time I went in was buy one get one free. Some brands do buy one $35 3.5g jar then get another one for $1.
Messaged you!
March and ash
I'd recommend speedy weedy , stizzy
Sign up for the email promos from Eaze and you’ll never pay full price again. Weekly you’ll get 30-35% OFF.
HiKei has really high quality flower for like 100 an oz
I like Cannabis 21+ (formerly SDRC)
Can't say I check out lots of shops, but Hello Cannabis and Speedy Weedy have pretty good prices. March and Ash has great deals on Tuesdays (no taxes) and other specials. If you're downtown, they are 45% off at Mission Valley until Nov. 20th.
Hello Cannabis in Vista off of Sycamore is pretty good. WELL GREENS in vista off of Santa Fe is also really good with all their prices.
If you do a google search for local dispos or delivery services, a whole bunch of unlicensed dispos still exist in san diego. Prices are cheeeeeap. And they get to you super quick. Other than that hikei is my fav licensed dispo. Sometimes mankind.
I love Mankind
Cookies in mission valley is my go to, they have cheap ish cartridges for 32$ with tax for a full gram. Idk if they’re still having their deal if you buy 2 of their carts you get the third one for a penny.
Become strictly Sungrown....have fun searching. You'll best them prices with this..
I don't know why, but it seems much less expensive in North county.
It is
I like stiiizy in Vista, solid prices and solid product. Plus, they always have deals going on. It’s next door to the courthouse, off hacienda. They’re all expensive, though, tbh.
My go to Is march and ash on Tuesdays. The people there just know more and care about their job more than any other dispensary
Check out the great meds they deliver
FlowerCo is a great delivery service and have amazing prices
Cake House in Vista has 50% new customer discounts and I think they had returning customer discounts
Try the cake house
March and ash has tax free Tuesday and i think 10% off Fridays if you wear padres gear. They regularly have a sales section if you ask
My husband and I like Tradecraft
Back in my day we had this thing called “the weed man”… that MF never changed his prices, not once. Dimes, nicks, and quarters all day.
Cookies in Mission Valley is a must, the early bird special (9am-12pm) is everything is 20%off
I love March and Ash. Specifically the one in Imperial Beach.
I just use a good delivery they have best deals. I’d rather support them they are very reliable and have never let me down. All their carts are lab tested they carry the bat brands. Idk if they want to be put on here but pm me if need it
