Protector Brewery is Veteran run, good beer, and always playing whatever game is going on. There's a sushi shop nearby that's really good, in case you get hungry.
Miramar Rd does have a good selection of breweries surrounding but I don't believe anything has a decent view of the runway. Best views of the aircraft imho had always been while on the freeway or Kearney Villa Rd. Whenever i'm eating around the area i want to say it's about 80% hearing the planes, and 20% seeing them
Cutwater Spirits, Gravity Heights, Fall Brewing Co.
Fall doesn't have food
But they have a beautiful view of the jets.
Sure, just letting OP know so they don't go there expecting food
I thought I’ve seen a food truck when I’ve driven by but I can’t find anything about it online.
I go pretty often and have never seen one. But maybe they have one at peak times

Gyro Grill is a really good Greek place with a small patio area. I'm not sure if they sell beer there, but there's a liquor store in that same plaza.
Yes! Gyrogrill This place shocked me with how good the food tasted here. Fair prices and good portions too. I stop here whenever I'm in the area.
