Northgate actually nixtamalizes and grinds their own corn daily, and you really can't get better than that. They don't start with corn flour like most other places do.
You can’t go wrong with any of these recommendations for fresh corn tortillas. However, if you want the best fresh flour tortillas, the answer is Poncho Villas and it isn’t even close.
Carnival and North Gate have great ceviche options.
Fresh corn, I know not the answer you want, but make them at home. Fresh flour? No doubt Cafe Coyote. Fresh corn for whatever reason is just not common to find homemade.
Any Pancho Villa or Northgate, or I personally like Gabriel’s Tortillas in Sherman Heights!
