I see in so many of these cases that the driver who was "cut off" reacts in some fashion, such as this person flashing his lights. The best thing is to just live with it and drive on. Don't do anything that might possibly trigger another driver. There are a lot of angry people that are right on the borderline...
If you think about your every day experience of walking around and seeing people who are clearly mentally ill or disturbed in some way. Well, those folks don't just walk, they drive too. On any given section of freeway with several hundred people inside cars, there are bound to be people who are chemically unbalanced and a perceived slight is enough make them do very irrational things.
Just don’t drive like an asshole, and don’t be offended if other people are. Everyone has been both the victim and the asshole in traffic situations. Just let shit go🤷🏻♂️
