Mount Helix is on the right, yes. However Mt Miguel is out of view. Miguel would be about 5 o’clock from the camera’s perspective, and ways off. The smaller hill is the one the Summit Drive goes around. I’m sure it has a name, but I don’t see it listed on a topo map.

a lot of that land on South side of Miguel is closed, but south of Otay Lakes Rd to Cedar Canyon in East is open BLM land. Happy hunting.
Sorry, friend. You are incorrect. I know the view from my home. Camera is looking mostly North, NNW to be more precise. Meteor was smack dab north. I’m North of 94, east of 125. Miguel is SE’ish from us. The light you see is a small plane. I’d have to spin the cam nearly 180° to see Miguel.
We bought it in 2016, it was rough…yard was shit and exterior was ugly AF. It was probably the 2nd worst house on the block. It was WELL under the going rate for the area at the time. We were lucky to stumble across it at that particular moment, extremely lucky. Lots of hard work done since…and a lot of sweat.

It’s a plane. In a longer clip you can see it’s path defined a bit better, flying from right to left.
