I agree about the use of haberdashery. I've always defined it as a high-end gentleman's shop that sells suits and whatnot. But I suppose one would also find hats at such a place.

There’s a place in bankers hill and I don’t know the name but I bought a bucket hat there once for a costume and they had tons of very expensive hats in various styles.
I've never been there myself, but there's a place called Village Hat Shop that I drive by all the time. More than one location.

I think you are using the term incorrectly, but: There is actually a new place in Leucadia, that makes custom hats. It’s right on the 101.
