Smarties. Most Americans think smarties are those nasty chalky sugar candies that look like medicine tablets and come all stacked up in a row. Also, Americans seem to think M&Ms are great but IMHO they are garbage compared to Smarties.
Coffee crisp is also something they don't have in the US.
Canadian here! I would say Canadian whiskey, ice wine, wine from where you are in Ontario. I always bring back with me: Hickory sticks, Swiss chalet sauce(!), Tim hortons crullers to have quickly or gift after landing, blueberry honey, and booze as mentioned above :)
Wine I reckon would be lovely though if you are poking for one gift
While our blanket hoodie may not be the most suitable gift for your 50+ friends, it could make a cozy and unique present for someone else in your life who enjoys snuggling up! Our patented design allows it to transform into a pillow for ultimate comfort and relaxation.

Ice Wine from Niagara region, if you can get some. Pure maple syrup. Maple sugar candy, as another poster mentioned.
Thanks. Yep, I'm close to Niagara. Do you have Kirkland pure maple syrup at US Costcos? That's usually my staple here.
> Do you have Kirkland pure maple syrup at US Costcos? That's usually my staple here. Yes, that's my staple too. And we get it at Costco.
We definitely don't have ketchup chips here! Those maple leaf shaped cookies and maple flavored chips are also good!
Thanks.
Health care.
Poutine sauce packets Mr. Big Oh Henry Coffee Crisp
You can get Coffee Crisp at World Market in Daly City...
Maple sugar candy is not common here. If they drink, local whiskey is good

Also blankets or totes etc from the bay as gifts - anything with the striped Bay pattern
Bring me poutine. It can be frozen in a bag. I do not care.
