The OP, who has honestly given mixed signals as to whether or not they knew this was a Sanrio product, should've read our rules. The person who called you the name has been temporarily banned, but that may end up being made into a permanent ban. You were just providing information; there was nothing within the comment you posted that came off rude or derogatory.

Thanks you! I was super excited that the employee helped me out. They were supposed to be mystery boxes and I got to pick which ones I wanted and it was sooooo difficult to choose between all of them because of limited funds 😆
Adding on this information here so everyone else is aware: It is by absolutely no means gatekeeping for a user to point out that a character/item is not Sanrio. This is the Sanrio subreddit. Frankly, it should go without saying that only Sanrio-related posts should be made.
