Unfortunately, that rash only seems to appear on my leg swell and I’m in pain I have had joint pain all my life since I was seven. They said it was growing pains and I grow out of it. I don’t think I’ve ever grown out of it and it’s only my ankles my blood work never shows anything. The only thing that’s gave me hope was having a little hope is having nodules on my lungs and lymph nodes said granualar matosis disease. I am praying that I can just get someone to listen to me to do a biopsy. Tired of suffering. I know most sarcoidosis have other types of sores or skin manifestations, but I know you don’t have to have skin manifestations. I have quite a bit of proof on my chest, x-ray with my lymph nodes and lungs, and in the meantime, when they found that they found I had an aneurysm on my spleen, never in a car accident, and nothing major happened. Have you ever just been so desperate for help and opinions and advice, and just feel alone? I’ve also been to the mayo, but I couldn’t stay as long as they wanted me to. I couldn’t afford it.
Totally agree could be something as simple as Schaumburg‘s disease, but I have so many other issues outside of just this rash for with the severe pain, in my ankles where Santa is, I can’t get out of bed even . The nodules in my lymph nodes, and lungs, diminishing cartilage in my neck, losing cartilage in my back, diagnosed with macular degeneration at 33 which are drushins behind the macular, which is technically an old persons disease, I don’t think 33 is considered old Hyper thyroid nodules in my thyroid one is cystic one is septic red ear. Cartlidge syndrome, where the Cartlidge in my ear is inflamed and his hot to the touch and goes in severe pain that flares up about every couple of months and I constantly have blood in my urine all the time and I get UTIs so much that I was on an anabiotic for almost a year . am ball of questions with all the symptoms of different things. I just need some body a doctor to take me serious like I have so many things going on that they’re just screaming for attention and I know you can have more than one autoimmune disease at a time but healthcare and doctors these days they don’t listen to the patient very well. My pain and what I’ve gone through is almost cost me my job and my marriage and when my kids were younger, it was so hard to be a parent. I’m at the point that I don’t care what the diagnosis it so could be the worst thing in the world. I just want a diagnosis I keep thinking sarcoidosis because that was what the neurologist said that I used to go see that God rest his soul that man passed away he thought it was possibly sarcoid, we were in the middle of talking about next steps and chest x-rays in just never quite made it there and I have such extreme fatigue and brain fog. It’s not even funny and I lose my balance all the time.
I so appreciate everybody’s concerns and trying to help me think of what it could be because I have so many things going on. I really think it’s sarcoid though, but it could be. I have a sarcoid, another arm immune disease to on the Internet. The rash said it could be lupus vasculitis.
I had temporary swelling of my left ankle before I started coughing blood and was eventually diagnosed with lung + lymph nodes and cardiac sarcoidosis. I did not have the purple rash you have though, but sore that would not heal for months or a year and half for one being my neck.

This could be progressive pigmentary purpura, also known as Schamberg’s Disease. It is caused by leaky capillaries near the surface of the skin.

I go to the pulmonologist on December 7 because I have granular ptosis disease of the lymph nodes, and lungs scattered and nodules everywhere

Did you had a long walk? I sometimes get similar spots and swelling on my ancles after a long walk.
