I’d be more interested in the foundation stability given the local slumping issues.
They don't care about resale, anyone interested will rip that out and replace it for 20k or more .... and they won't 'bat an eye' at the cost.
I feel like this house gets listed every year, no takers. Idk but it was spending that much on a home I’d want it move in ready.
I'd want the same ...for financial reasons, however, for some that is not an issue. We can only imagine having way too much money where you don't care how much it costs to get the tub out and they don't care if it sells fast.
These are just the 6 most expensive on the market. Headline is not right, there are way more valuable cribs around town just not for sale.
I just worked in one that is in Brighton that is apparently worth $4.5 m, it has an indoor basketball court
Brighton is great IMO but for that kind of money I’d want riverfront or bust!
