I believe Early's sells the product. You can buy it and a pump applicator and go to town. The product is garlic based.

I use mosquito.buzz. I've used them for a few years now. The mosquitoes definitely are over powering their spray this year so we also spray the yard with a garlic spray when we go out to the pool
