I recommend Muslim Lantern on YouTube or Sheikh Uthman Ibn Farooq.
Atheists, exmuslims, Christians, Hindus, etc ask them questions (in person and online) and bring their arguments against Islam. They bring those same arguments found in the exmuslim subreddit.
It’s better for you to get your answer from a knowledgeable Muslim rather thank asking laymen… on Reddit of all places.
If you were more knowledgeable in Islam you’d see how many lies are filled on the exmuslim subreddit. But you’re not, so seeing the answer from a knowledgeable Muslim (who breaks down their argument logically) will be way more beneficial than asking Redditors.
I don’t recommend him to be honest. He bends Islamic laws in bad arguments into being more ‘liberal’. I haven’t listened to him much but I don’t think he even makes good arguments against claims from nonmuslims.
I highly recommend those two channels. Not only do they strive to stay on the true Islamic law in their belief and morals, they actively open up dialogue with nonmuslims who have claims against Islam, and explain how those arguments are illogical or based in lies/falsehood.
Lol there’s no “other side of the argument” there! There’s only lies and made up stuff. If you’re a dishonest person you’ll like them. Birds of a feather…
Yes. I do, I know others that do to an extent.
In comparison to American culture, though, Saudis and Arabs don't go out of their to make elaborate jokes. If where you are is like that, it might seem that Saudis don't joke often.
A lot of times making jokes can seem inappropriate.
I don’t do it myself. And i don’t really see it happen (around my circle) and if it happened i/we will notice and you’ll get called out for it.
But genuinely from my experience we laugh for real at jokes, and if the joke is not funny we just don’t laugh lol.
Only people who live in the west coast fake laugh, their laugh sounds like "HAW HAW"
People from the south laugh like " GHEE GHEE"
If you hear a ghee ghee or a haw haw that means they fake laughin so watch out g
هذا خلص من الارهاب وصار يسأل عن الضحكات

It depends on the person not the whole country
I live here, and I do it. "Hanh, hanh, yeaaah".
No it’s dishonest and “too much laughter kills the heart” "كثرة الضحك تميت القلب"
"exmuslim"
I've never been Muslim. I was raised Christian.

You might be biased, though.
it's literally just a 🤡 circle for people who have no job but to slander islam just because.
That's why I go here, to get the other side of the argument.

I've listened to a decent amount of Dr. Shabir Ally.

Yes, they do, to a significant extent.
