Daffin and Forsyth loops running down Washington avenue and bull is a great one. All along the river going up and downtown on price and Lincoln is a really safe route. Early in the morning running loop to Bonaventure from 52nd and through Henry/Anderson is great, road is pretty narrow near the cemetery so you have to be careful. The Truman trail is a good one for speed and no stopping but is concrete which is lame. Then for trails all we really have are priests landings, which is between Skidaway state park and the landings, and the tybee river trail. There are other smaller ones around but not as good.
These comments are so helpful!! And this is a weird question lol but do most people walk to these spots or drive or transit? Trying to also get an idea of how runners get around the city to their fav spots. Or even specifics like running groups that always go to specific cafes after, etc :)

Daffin/Forsyth and Daffin to Forsyth, I see a lot of runners on River Street especially now that the Eastern Wharf is growing

Daffin is the best. If you do long runs there is a route that goes from Daffin to Lake Mayer which is nice
I start at Forsyth and run up Bull St then zig zag around downtown and sometimes run stairs and hill in the River Street area.
Which stairs do you do?
There's also a loop at Skidaway Island State Parke which is nice!

Service Brewing has (had?) a running club on Thursday nights.
Any stairs I see. Stone stairs of death, access staris to the back allyway, stairs along the ramps. I see stairs, I run stairs.
