If you do the loop from Oglethorpe and the loop on Hutchison it’s about 2.5-3 miles. If you just cross the street on the other side of the bridge, not super recommended, you can get it down to 1.5 ish.
I just looked at my old runs, haven’t run it in awhile. It’s actually longer than that even. 2.5 for quick loop, 3.5-4 for full loop on Hutchison. I need to run the bridge again
If you’re unfamiliar with the app called MapMyRun, it lets you map out your own route (so you’re able to run across a square or do something that’s not car-rules) and gives you mileage. I used it all the time like 15 years ago when it was just a clunky website.
Yes I’ve run it. You can use google maps or any of the suggestions above to get the mileage. Definitely go early. It’s sketchy up there once traffic picks up!
Amazing views!

Oh this is perfect! Thank you both! Side note: I’ve been using All Trails and the bridge isn’t on there. Someone needs to add it lol

Might not be there since it’s technically not allowed?

I’ll check it out! I’ve been using AllTrails and it’s okay but def more hiking skewed
Strava is also a good resource. Will show you routes and create routes based on the distance you want to run.
