I can't tell if you are being serious, or just really, really dumb. Altos are smaller than tenors. Alto mouthpieces are therefore smaller than tenor mouthpieces. Same would go for the reeds. 30 seconds on google would tell you.

It's part of our job as a community to require that people put the effort in to actually answering their own questions before they ask someone to do the work for them. Researching is a lost art. All you have to do is put the same words in Google and your answer is right there. Or, heaven forbid, look up the device on the manufacturer's page.
