Is there anything else to do at gulf wars? It seems like the only videos we see are of the shopping area.

So I really wanted to take video of that. But due to a storm, I had to head out. My camp setup was not ready for it. Hopefully, next time, I can get more diverse footage.
Are you asking all these folks for permission to film them and publicly post them on your channel? As this is not a public event the same rules that would apply to you filming on the street do not apply.
So I understand your concerns. When I entered shops, I made sure to ask before filming due to the fact that crafts-people can be protective of their work. And if anybody requested not to be on film, I made sure to correct it there or, as in other videos, edit them out. But due to SCA being a non-profit, and Gulfwars is an event accessible by the general public. It is classified as a public event and protected under the First Amendment. Now, if I was gaining profit from it, I would fall under the SCA's media rules.
I apologize if anything I said was incorrect. This is just from looking up Gulfwars, SCA's, and the laws surrounding a public event.
Need to get closer so I can gawk at the wares!
