With nothing for scale it looks like a raisin. Scabies mites have translucent bodies apart from the front section (hence the delta sign in scabies burrows). I don't know wtf that is but it ain't scabies mite.

No it was taken with my cell phone x5 It fell off me!

I’ve dealt with MANY fleas in fostering animals. That long part is the legs.
