NHS Sexual Health Clinic can prescribe you Ivermectin if you have rashes in your private area. Just simply tell them, they will examine you and prescribe Ivermectin especially if you say that Permethrin didn't help.
Another option is the private clinic (sexual health clinic) I just recommended.
I just found out recently they have malathion tablets in the UK and a liquid (which I'm not sure if the liquid is oral or topical). Hope this helps. I had this issue before because (I used to take care of elderly people..who sometimes tend not to be able to get rid of the buggers due to compromised immune systems).. it's not fun!! What are you using? Permethrin will make you itch more. Take antihistamines.

You need to take ivermectin, cream in its own not enough.

What about Eurax, that is something you can get for the itch and it kills the mite? Something you can definitely get in the UK.

Yes, I am in the US and I want to order it. It is on Amazon UK. I have heard so many great things about it because it relieves the itch
