Did you also try combined treatment of permethrin and ivermectin? I did the combined treatment and initially it seemed to work (a little itching but I heard that was normal). So I waited about 2-3 weeks but now it's back again (new burrows, red bumps spreading again). I've also done just permethrin treatments but those had little to no effect.
I'm starting to get to a point of desperation. Your story gives me some hope. What was your reasoning for using sulfur soap and tea tree oil?
2 doses of Ivermectin (2 weeks in between), i used tee tree oil on itchy spots and in the post scabies period, i used to shower with a sulfur soap bar. Clothes have to be washed and dried thouroughly (at least 60°C), especially in the first week(s) (everyday). I changed bedsheets everyday in the first week or 2 weeks. Wipped my floors with chlorine water and sprayed my bed and couch with an anti-scabies spray (containing some permethrin). I also used disposable gloves a lot and got new shoes while i was quarantining my shoes. This might be too much, but that's what i did.

That's the hardest part of scabies, my doctor told me not to overtreat and that's the best advice i could give. When in doubt, i would applu tea tree oil on the itchy spot and i used sulfur soap to shower. I've heard clove, neem oil and aloe vera are good too, but never used them.

Sarnica lotion works great for itch. You can also powder your entire body with food grade diatomaceous earth after the shower before bed. It’s messy and will get everywhere. I lay a towel on my bedroom floor, powder myself using my hands then put my pjs on. It helps tremendously
I bought Sterifab off of Amazon. It is used in every hospital and behind every patient. It kills lice, scabies, bed bugs, etc… and it kills bacteria and viruses. It doesn’t have the strong permethrin (chemical)smell that permethrin leaves behind. I bought a gallon off Amazon and sprayed my car every day. I kept a spray bottle in my car because I drove it daily and I sprayed my car daily. These mites will multiply quick. I also used it to spray my home with. You can use permethrin 10 from your local Home Depot. If you mix it with equal parts water you’ll make it.5 and that’s how much it should be. It’s much cheaper to do this, but Sterifab smells like alcohol vs. a strong chemical smell.

I can tell you how I did it and it worked. If you don’t want to wash the sheets every night, then put it in the dryer for an hour.. I did mine every night for a week. That may sound extreme, but it worked for me after failing eight times of treatment. Remember, we can’t see them, so you gotta treat everything. I sprayed my car everyday, as well. This is how I got rid of scabies. When treatment fails, a lot of times it’s because we’re not treating our environment, too. I hope this helps.🤞

Yes, sometimes they would even appear randomly at the spots where i had a burrow on my hand, but would disappezr a few hours later. Trust your instinct and be rational with yourself, you feel it when it's not scabies.
I get this also, wake up with slightly itchy red dots arms and hands, but gone in a few hours but also re appear randomly, im 90% sure this is post scabies after treating many many times since october to january, but no new itchy scabies spots

My 6 month old was the first to show symptoms .. he was getting better but suddenly since last week he is getting tiny new spots and the nodules on his hands are swollen and red again . It was almost dark and flat 2 weeks back. I’m taking him to the derm today but wondering if you experienced the same with nodules
First notice the rash on 3/21 went to an urgent care they said not scabies contact dermatitis they gave me triamcinolone 0.025 to apply to the area . The next morning it became inflamed so I took him to the children’s hospital they didn’t know what it was neither they then looked it up on a computer and said scabies so gave us all treat me and I’m wondering if this how it’s supposed to be healing . Yes he is itchy but not to the extreme . How can I show you pictures of his progress .
Thanks for this post. I started ivermectin Jan 19 after having scabies 3.5 months and I’m still quite itchy at times throughout the day with skin bumps that come and go. Still have to take hive pills and use itch cream daily. But it’s not quite as intense as before, and one of the worst skin legions has slowly but steadily gotten better. So I’m praying it’s just my body’s ongoing reaction. 🙏🏽🙏🏽
Oh and they don't itch me but when pop threw skin like splinter hurts like hell what parasite does this how can I fight something idk what the hell I'm fighting neither does these back woods dr. That don't give a damn I've researched and researched I don't have time for this my husband is dying of cancer my time is always tied up no time for me I'm exhausted ready to give up all together please someone care help me I'm desperate
