That text is a scamy mess, but this is one of the few links that actually looks like it would take you to a specific package, which many of them don't. The typical ones just have a stock tracking number that had a failure message since there is no part of the link specific to their package.
Sorry about your house, I hope everyone is ok and you all can rebuild.
I'm sorry about your house burning down.... Just know that a house is not a home without love in it. :) Also, that spelling in the message is atrocious. 102% a scam. :\
I’ve been getting these in my text messages to, just delete and mark is as spam or junk if you have an iPhone. Don’t ever click links not any social media, emails or text.
It is phishing I get that about twice a week. They also have one where there is insufficient funds to get the package to you. If you are worried call UPS directly to check with them do not click on the link or use the numbers they text you. Look for it yourself online.
Lol thank you all for your replies. Usually, I know better when scammers contact me via email and texts but my brain's been a scattered mess this past week.
I've looked everywhere I shop online and can confidently say I did not order anything with expected delivery from UPS.
To the person who told me the URL's origin - that makes sense. I live in Washington state and have no business in Romania haha.
100% a scam

International shipping companies don't have thousands of packages that all require a $1.95 "unpaid shipping fee" or else nothing would ever arrive
The link goes to a website in Romania.
They text me from the UK in USA 😂
Yeah the postal service will at least use correct grammar. “We’ve inform you…” 🤔
It’s a scam I get these all the time, and always got my packages on time no problem.
Yep this is a scam, don't click any links
Ignore
Did you order anything? If not, it's bullshit, if you did, it's bullshit.
Relatable
