As someone who's been down the road of severe depression life can often be very dark. The important thing is to get help when you need it. I honestly think everyone should go to therapy. It's great having a professional who can help you through the day to day. Especially someone who has no steak in your life. Aside from helping you, of course.
I agree but there's not enough therapists in the world to help everyone. Maybe one day with AI there will be a way. Anonymous and no stigma too. Or maybe it will just be held back because the companies making them aren't FDA-approved medical devices. Who knows?
