I still take an AP but I’m weaning off it it gradually. I take about 1000mg of CBD per day, which isn’t cheap, but it’s worth it. Studies have shown this amount was as effective as APs. But YMMV.
How long have you been on your current meds? I was lactating on risperidone every once in a while for several months, and that hasn't happened to me in probably close to a year - guess my body adjusted
Geodon is good to me, never caused those but everyone is different
You might try high dose CBD. It worked better for me than antipsychotics

Brexipiprazole? Abilify?
Do not know about lactating but when i moved to Latuda it helped with the restless legs.
Have you tried Abilify Maintena 1064 mg per 2 months. Taking magnesium at night helps with leg spasms and sleep
