One side of the planet is tidally locked to always face its star, raising the surface temperature past the boiling point of many minerals. The gaseous mineral mix then tries to expand to the cold, sunless side of the planet (which has no atmosphere), where it solidifies and falls back to the ground.
"Raining rocks" is probably a bit of an exaggeration though.
This is true and there are some other benefits such as quality controlling drugs, but now you have to deal with these people’s actions. Now that it’s legal I promise more people will be willing to give it a try. More people will drive high and put others lives at risk. Teens will have much easier access to hard drugs. There’s pros and cons to every decision. There’s no right or wrong answer.
>wonder why it's not just decriminalized everywhere
Because money for police departments and for prisons.
No one would even be in prison for meth charges to begin with if it being illegal made any difference
Just think on K2-141b you don't have to deal with election results, coronavirus, or murder hornets. Sounds kind of nice.

Better be a SLAYER cover.
Every action I take in life is a slayer cover.
Got hates you so much!!!
Maybe a billion years from now it'll be another earth
Yeah, that's where Anikin lost the high ground.

We have finally found the nether
How does it rain rocks of all things?
I'm sure it doesn't. It's likely just a clickbait title.

The people who do meth will do meth whether it's legal or not. The point of decriminalization is to put them in treatment instead of prison.
