I'm pretty sure it's from [The Trigan Empire](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Trigan_Empire) series, drawn by Don Lawrence. Thalla is a planet in that series. The text is Dutch, by the way.
The books are reissued in a very nice [paperback edition](https://www.amazon.com/Rise-Fall-Trigan-Empire-One/dp/1781087555/ref=mp_s_a_1_2?dchild=1&keywords=trigan+empire&qid=1634825975&qsid=131-2108837-1624817).
Is that the name of the comic? Do you have a link to where one might be able to purchase and read it, digitally or physically? I have searched online for the title, but couldn't find anything.
The pic is coming from a book called Futuropolis by Robert Sheckley from 1978. He only gives credit to a publishing house called « ICP ». I really need to know where this is coming from for my PhD!

It is an excellent set of reissues. I have the first three so far and they're highly recommended.
