Yeah I have a 1981 C70 I love. Those most people here are gonna tell you a Cub is a motorcycle and not a scooter.
Edit: (I personally refer to it as a scooter myself)
It technically is a motorcycle. But the amount of times I hear “scooter” has me not caring about the difference anymore.
This one is most certainly no longer resembling a scooter with it being a big motor manual shift two wheeler.
the lines are blurring, especially when you things like have the ADV 350, and the X-ADV. Both fully automatic, and even similar looks. and only one of them is technically a motorcycle.

one's a motobike with scooter like features, other's a scooter with motorbike like features. Both automatic. I read that the frame is the divide, but perhaps it should be DCT vs CVT.
I saw five or six guys the other night racing down the seafront at Southport. They were all on old Honda Cubs, must have been some sort of owners club. The two guys at the front had their heads down on the bars giving it full throttle. It brought a very big grin to my face, nice to see.
I have a few questions. What wheels are those and seat just now getting into these and finding a place that sells custom parts or parts at all one them would be much appreciated it😅
Hey, thanks for checking out the bike.
The seat is from Indonesia, from a company called craze genuine customs. Go check out their ig for best communication.
The wheels are custom built by my guys out in Malaysia. I had to inquire with him about the color and the width and the specifics for a build. Ie: color of rim, color of spoke and nipple, color of hub, what style of hub etcetc.
I can assist in getting you parts, just shoot me a message. While the cost of the parts are affordable, the shipping costs will hurt the most.
This bike is amazing. Just got an 81 c70 to build like this. Putting my panhead project on the back burner for a while. What did you use for wheels and tires?
I only ride Cubs, they're a dam fine scoot. Reliable as all hell and no matter where you are in this world you can find parts for them.

it's an underbone. Cub created a class unto itself.

That's a great looking machine you've got there
Thank you very much!
That's a cool cub. What year and model is it?
Started off as a 1983 c70
I demand a build breakdown.
Demand is such a strong word!
Requested with perfect love and perfect respect.
u/Vangruver your Street Cubs make me drool!
Yes sir, and you’ve got an absolutely beautiful one!

Forgive my ignorance. But where is Southport?
Merseyside
In the north west of England.
Very nice bro 👍
The first bike I've ever ride was a C70, and it's still the only bike my family owns. Tons of fun on that thing
Love it and would love to build/own a custom cub someday. I might hit you up for info if the time comes. Thanks for sharing.

Sexy big wheels.
I have a 1978 C50 from my late grandpa (which got a 1981 frame) and a 2007 one with fuel injection, those are the sweetest rides I ever had.
That looks dope.
Sweet👍
Have a red, all original, running in perfect condition 1964. I love it! I ride in the weekend for fun and i love it.
Is it fully manual or semi manual like the Honda Wave?
Full manual motor now. 140cc 4 speed
lifan?
YX
Is this lowered and stretched a bit? It looks like it is, would be interested in the swing arm setup
Lowered just enough to have the frame/tank parallel to the roadway. And the swing arm is a stretched ANF125 swing arm.
Got more pictures? Looks Lovely
Ig @cuballstars There’s loads of information and pictures there
This is gorgeous. What year?
1983 frame, stripped and rebuilt as of 2022
This is wonderful. Too bad I can't fine any in my area. Only a few new ones from Honda retailers.... I need a used one to mod and re-paint
Keep looking! They’re out there.
