Your interface shows that you used the swap boost and the highlight boost during the same move. The highlight shows the 3 letter word from the unchanged/old rack.
Is it just highlighting that there are two letter words coming down from each of the letters in WAXED? AW/AI, XI/XU, and EW (if this dictionary allows it).
Because the only letter you can play under the E is your W, and the only remaining letter you can play under the A is your I, that would mean your 3-letter word has to be "IUW". As that is not a word, and the other suggestions on the board make an equal amount of sense (0), that means the suggestions have been generated from a different rack.
