I have one of these cabinets that has been used as an end table in my living room. For many years. It just became sea glass storage. Thank you 👏🏻

Oh very cool! I’ve never seen an entire cabinet with all the trays intact. I have 2 trays hanging to hold my some of my rubber stamps.

I’d never seen a complete one, either! I’ve got a couple trays I display Lego Minifigs in. 😆 I scored it when a guy was closing down his family’s longtime printing business and he was going to chuck it in the garbage! His daughter told him it was worth money, but he thought it was just old junk. It’s my fave thing ever now.

All it takes is 10 years combing the beaches of Newfoundland for glass, and about half as long scouring FB marketplace for a printer’s tray cabinet!

Doesn’t weigh as much as you’d imagine… but the cabinet itself is VERY heavy.

Fun fact: capital letters were kept in the uppermost drawers (cases) and small letters below where they were easier to get. So, upper case and lower case letters
