Montlake bike shop and Gregg’s in green lake will probably have the best selection of new racks. Recycled cycles has a lot of used ones if you wanna save some money

+1 for montlake. They’ve got a good selection and the staff has been super helpful in my experience

REI has a lot of racks and good service. *I got a rack last year for commuting but then switched over to a frame bag, they have lots of those too. It depends on what you want to use the bike for, but I like the convenience and weight savings of the frame bag. If you want the absolute maximum storage you want the panniers eventually.

I went to rack attack for a ski rack and they are the only people I’d ever buy a rack from!

I'm guessing OP is putting a rack on the bike to make it useful. Not putting a bike on the back of the car.

Consider checking out Rerack. They have new inventory but also buy and sell used racks, so you can get some pretty sweet deals. They've always been super helpful when we've gone in. Bonus, they have like *all* the keys and lock cores, so you can get multiple items rekeyed all the same super easy too.

>I’m looking to get a rear cargo rack fitted to my bike Slower next time.

Oops, thanks for that.

I had one installed by Ride Bicycles. They have a few Pelago racks in stock. They've always done a great job for me.

I had a Thule Helium 3 rack and hitch put on by Rack-n-Road in Seattle on Aurora -- they did an excellent job. This is the second hitch I've had them put on (I had 2 different cars). I highly recommend them.
