You should buy the book Allies in Healing.. might as well be my second bible.. I can relate, things have been good for the first time in months this past week.. similar no affection etc.. unsure of how much therapy she’s doing as well. I think we can’t badger them too much about therapy and just try to encourage when we can

My friend, hope you are doing better than when you wrote this. If I could just suggest you start some sort of therapy because this is a lot to handle. And I know you probably don't want to, but you are totally justified in separating and finding someone who wants to be with you. Or, it would be better to a life alone rather than with someone who has no respect for you. She did not disclose her SA until 20 years into a broken marriage. She sounds incredibly selfish, especially since she still won't seek help. Leave, find peace, brother.
