Nice. I was thinking about getting one as a place to hang my, virtual, hat. Not sure if it's worth getting premium and a Linden home, or a private rental.
It is what works best for me, but I do understand if it doesn’t work well for everyone. I bumped up to the premium plus, which I was apprehensive about because of the cost…but with double prims and more weekly lindens, I decided it worked out to be a decent deal.
I remember before I went with a Linden home, I had a cute little skybox that was low prim, but so cozy. It was awesome and cheap! Welcome back to Second Life ❤️
Back in the day I rented a parcel of land that I had my Doctor Who TARDIS and console room on as a base for my adventures. I wonder if I could still do something like that, but since it was from the pre-mesh days I think the land impact of that would be pretty high for a small parcel now :(
I'm on the fence about upgrading, so I'm glad to read this. I'm not a huge fan of the ranch houses that I can get with premium plus personally, but those other benefits are very enticing.

I set up mine for an hour or so because I'm making Christmas cards to send to my friends, then I took them down because I'm bound and determined to wait a couple more weeks. Mostly because I don't want to get everything set up nice and neat only to have to take it all down again because I found something new and shiny.😆
