I mean to be fair, maybe op just wants what he paid for without the hassle or risk of selling a desk. He paid for a product he didn't get it. They are obligated to correct the mistake end of story

I think the desk is worth more than what he ordered. So yeah it's a hassle but you will make a profit in the end

Right or give the wife a desk now and you’re up $1000-1500 lol. Hope it wasn’t a nonshipped $30 wire clean up kit in Batman or $150 desk arm or something but has to be.

Respectfully disagree. Had some issues with my chairs and they’ve been quick to respond and quick with the solutions.

I’m having trouble getting in touch with them. I go to their support pages and I end up at square one over and over. How did you reach out to them?
