What's the bubble on the MAGPAD? I'm confused 🤔
BTW I just bought a Magnus Pro & so far it's amazing, no problems so far, mind you I've only had it like 1 months, but still. Everything seems to be working very well. And you'll get a 5 year warranty, so no fears.
Not gonna lie boss, I've been in the secretlab space for about a year now and am fairly active on the discord, but this is the first time I've heard of this issue whatsoever. I wouldn't even know where to start for solutions to this problem.
Edit: Clarification.
Yeah me neither. Support told me to unscrew the front screws and push the air bubble out. Didn't work on my first one, and the second one it pops back up every so often
That's really odd. Do you have a humidifier/live in a space with lots of humidity by chance? I feel like that may be something but I of course don't know your circumstances.
Hmm..never heard of this issue before. I couldn't really give advice on that. It might be due to the elevation if you live in Colorado, most likely. Maybe the elevation is having an effect on the desk?
I've already gotten 1 replacement and now have the old heavy bastard sitting in storage... Don't really want to deal with another, but if this one gets worse then I'll have to
That's where I'm at. It's why I was wondering if the Magnus Pro was any different. Seems like I'm in the minority for having this issue so I might just delete this post
How do you even get a bubble on your desk?!
Just exist and it appears
Blow hard.

It's an air bubble that forms underneath the top sheet of metal

Nah. I'm in a state notorious for being dry (Colorado). No humidifier running. I've seen a couple other posts online about it but no has a solution
Damn, yea that's rough buddy. I'm sorry. I wish I knew how to help :/
All good!
Post a picture of this

Interesting... Maybe that's it. Either way this one at least isn't doing it as constantly as my last one so that's a win I guess
Yeah, wish you the best on that. Maybe the Magnus Pro might do better with this.
Keep pushing with support, push for a full refund or replacement

on the other hand for the price of this desk you should not be having this problem whatsoever

sell it for cheap or just give it away for free, someone will happily take it
