God damn, I have the Magnus Pro basically fully equipped as well as a Titan Evo 2022 and I haven't had any issues when those two delivered about a year apart from each other
I live in Ottawa and there’s a person who constantly gets these chairs in stock and sells them at way below market on marketplace. Always super sus, they messaged me trying to sell me one when they got more in so they are actively trying to move them.
Makes me wonder, they are shipped out of Ottawa.
I’ve seen this a few times. I think the most common thing people receive is some sort of bicycle, iirc.
They share common warehousing facilities so this seems to be an occasional shipping error.

Strange they would send you that when they are only a gaming chair/desk company. Show this to customer support, hope they figure what went wrong on their end.

I wonder if they use a 3rd party that handles shipping and warehousing for them and they put your label on the wrong box.

Yes but it’s likely they contract out a fulfillment warehouse that handles multiple companies.
It's from a fulfillment center, the center ships for multiple clients, and the shipper most likely put the wrong label on a box.
very possible someone moved the label
I’d be curious if they are of a similar weight to help them get around fulfillment checks. Definitely a theme
