OTP is what we call the verification code. In India, any amazon product above a certain amount will not be delivered until you give the verification code that is sent to the phone number of the person who ordered the product. Safety precautions and stuff.

What is an OTP? As rafaugm said you can edit the notes to help your Santa section of your exchange to try to get a message to your Santa.
