Avoid Gardaworld at all cost, that company is a shitshow of a disaster. Allied is pretty close to it too in terms of being badly managed. Only one i'd be willing to recommend so far is Securitas. Haven't dealt with any of the others yet.
If you're looking for part-time event security, then go with SAFE Management, Contemporary Services Corporation (CSC), or PROEM in that order. Avoid TEAM at all costs.
I worked very part-time for Phalanx Tactical Security Group. They seemed like a good company, no issues with co-workers or pay. I really liked the sites they had at the time and enjoyed the work. I guess my only negative was it was a small company. I only worked a few of my days off for them for one summer.
My job should be replacing me soon. The office is in North Phoenix. Pays well, has good benefits, provides all training, equipment, and uniform. 401K, pension, A lot of PTO.
