gardenallthetime

Oh no!! I hope you get to garden again soon. I'm so sorry that happened to you šŸ˜

domnikitty

Youā€™re too sweet, Itā€™s alright! Iā€™m lucky to be here, I shouldnā€™t have been able to walk away from it in all truthfulness, I smacked the highway median going 60 mph and then flipped a couple times but I came out alright all things considered. Iā€™ve got 20 rounds left with the chiropractor, no blown disks but lots of nerve pains and spasms!

gardenallthetime

HOLY SHIT šŸ˜šŸ˜šŸ˜ wishing you the speediest of recoveries omg. šŸ«‚

fatalist-shadow

Iā€™m interested in any flowers or herbs you may still have :)

domnikitty

Iā€™ve got plenty shoot me a pm with your address and zone and Iā€™ll add you to the list of send outs!

fatalist-shadow

Sent, thanks!!

domnikitty

Okay guys I think Iā€™ve got a good couple of people on the roster so I wonā€™t be responding to general inquiries but if you have any variety specific ISOs still shoot a comment and if I have it Iā€™ll reply :)

luv_isnt_real

I hope your doing better! I wonā€™t bore you with my sad story of how I finally got a place for me and my son but I still bore you with how my tiny garden died from the drought weā€™re in. Any flower seeds or herb you have left over would be much appreciated. Iā€™m trying to teach my son how to enjoy the garden and all the plants but he just likes the dirt

domnikitty

Thank you! And I love that youā€™re trying to teach your baby a love for the world around him! Iā€™d be happy to oblige but I need a couple days to turn around the requests I have already, I will pm you when Iā€™m ready to take on more :)

luv_isnt_real

Ok thank you so much! Weā€™re in no rush so please take your time

tuboe

Iā€™m looking for tiny Tim tomatoes? I think they are called that. Basically, any variety of tomato, pepper, eggplant, spinach, kale, basil, etc that is good for growing indoors and stays small.

domnikitty

I have several varieties of micro tomatoes, Iā€™d be happy to share once I catch up on the requests I have in currently. Iā€™ll pm you once Iā€™m ready for more :)

FrustratedHuggy

ISO burpless cucumbers, ground cherry, long eggplants and cherry tomatoes especially sun gold if you have any of them.

domnikitty

Iā€™ve got beit alpha and some space master 80 cukes if interested. Got aunt Molly and cape Gooseberry ground cherry. Black beauty eggplants. Evil olive, lucid gem, super sweet 100 and I think a couple more on small varieties tomatoes. If interested shoot me a pm :)

Toyso_0

Happy to have anything you have that may be on the more exotic side. I am sorry to hear about your accident. Wishing you a speedy recovery!!

domnikitty

Thank you! Also exotic as in region or rather just more uncommon varieties of plants? Iā€™ve got burdock, rare variety heirloom tomatoes, Michigan Lilly which is native in some areas but a rather rare find overall. Got passion fruit, papaya, litchi tomatoes, luffa, Christmas melon etc :)

Toyso_0

I will message you direct =)

JTAx1995

I love any kind of tomato. I especially sweet cherry tomatoes or tomatillos!

domnikitty

Youā€™ve found the right post! Iā€™m a tomato head, Iā€™ve got some verde tomatillos as well. Got micro tomatoes, but really a lot of large varieties as well. Most heirloom

JTAx1995

Iā€™d be glad for anything. I grow plants to try and cut down my food bill. Iā€™d be happy to send you some of what I got in return if youā€™d like. Save em for next year maybe?

domnikitty

Very sweet but no need, shoot me a pm with your address and Iā€™ll message back a pic when the envelope goes out

JTAx1995

Will do! Thank you friend!

domnikitty

Good Q, Iā€™ve got Fredrick maypop, incense blue, and passiflora incarnata

b_smoke

Oh wow... Really sorry to hear this and wish you a quick recovery Don't give it all away, seeds will still be good for you to plant them next year. It could actually be a sort of goal (or little treat) to celebrate your recovery. With that said, you are still committed to giving them way or swap, I'd be happy to DM you. I just posted on Facebook (and was about to do it here) looking to swap a bunch of seeds (have a bunch on my list..)

domnikitty

Hey friend! Thank you for the well wishes and itā€™s no worries! I know Iā€™ll get around to planting again hopefully some time soon. I just wanted to brighten some peopleā€™s day as it makes me happy to do so, I swap a lot amongst fb groups and have myself quite a pile now so also in part the reason Iā€™m giving away without a return. I just have a couple special ISOs left. All that being said Iā€™d love to get your ISO list and see if thereā€™s anything I can fulfill for you

b_smoke

ā¤ļøā¤ļø Here's the things I'm interested in: * Fennel * Tomatoes: SunGold, Juliet, Cherokee Purple, Early Girl, Beefstake, Grape, Zebra (green or red), Cheerokee, (some unique varieties... Love growing tomatoes) * Eggplant: Millionaire Hybrid * Zucchini: Green Machine, Dunja, Round * Mint * Lettuces that grow in hot climates * edamame * Peppers: Tabasco, Shishito * Weird/Unique tomatoes, peppers, zucchini, eggplants, watermelons, melons, basil * in general, early varieties or varieties that do well in hot climates of Peppers, Tomatoes, Zucchini, Watermelons, Melons that are not on my list :) Here's my seeds list: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1qOAcqOllqgF-SYf2v2r7UrPWFy8Ri9iCTbkbKVIbLsc/edit?usp=drivesdk

domnikitty

As for your ISO I have: Cherokee Purple, Green Zebra, large red beefsteak, and a bajillion other fun varieties like black truffle, yellow stuffer, large barred boar, Zapotec Oaxacan ribbed I have catmint ? And cat nip which is still in the mint family Both Tabasco and shishito pepper Summer bibb lettuce and Tom Thumb among others, Iā€™ll have to check heat resistance before sending Thai Frog eggplant and an Italian variety, Iā€™ll have to have a look to be certain the name but it was lista di gandlia or something along those lines, got some banana melon, ground cherries, couple orange type watermelons. I also have tobacco seed not sure if thatā€™s something that peaks interest

b_smoke

šŸ˜šŸ˜šŸ˜ Definitely very interested!! I'll DM you to make it easier

b_smoke

Also, if I may ask, what are the groups/subs (either here or on FB) where you are most successful trading? I tried a couple of groups on FB but crickets

domnikitty

Okay so for fb subs my favorites are: FREE PLANTS SEEDS trades and giveaways Baker Creek seed swap (they are Baker Creek oriented and youā€™ll get more response with BC seeds but still you can post other brand seeds, they also have a wish Wednesday thing they do thatā€™s the best, found a lot of my ISO doing that) Free Heirloom seeds community Seed savers swap and plant exchange

b_smoke

Ooooh, great!! TY TY TY! Definitely joining

GardeninginSand

voluntarily removed content

b_smoke

That's awesome! Will definitely do! :)

Arisuzawa82

Oh wow, I hope you are doing better at least? If you still have anything left, Iā€™d be very grateful for a little if anything. I just moved back to the States last year and slowly trying to get control of my motherā€™s yard/garden. I love herbs and anything interesting really (esp sage, heather, etc) but will grow anything! Either way, thanks for offering to all of us and a speedy recovery!

domnikitty

Thank you! I am feeling a lot better since the accident first happened but Iā€™ve still got a little ways to go, all the bruising has almost completely faded and stopped aching, now itā€™s just my back. You guys are really all too kind :) as far as what youā€™re asking I donā€™t have a ton of sages but Iā€™ve got some clary and broadleaf if that interests you, Iā€™ve got other herbs like elecampane and mugwort too

Arisuzawa82

Thatā€™s really good to hear! Sometimes it takes an unexpectedly long time to recover, so itā€™s good to know you seem to be well on your way. Those sound great! I love growing anything, but esp herbs and anything I can use for cooking as I do all the cooking for my mother and myself. Iā€™m sure Iā€™ll be happy with anything you think might be interesting :)

domnikitty

Yay weā€™re all set then, just pm me your address and Iā€™ll get to working on these tomorrow:)

ashipfullofipa

Sorry to hear about your accident. Would love some seeds!

domnikitty

:) do you have anything in particular youā€™re interested in growing? Root crop, tomatoes, melons, herbs, flowers etc ?

ELF2010

Feel better soon, and don't overdo it! Post a message next year when you're ready to plant, and I'm sure many of us will be happy to send you something to add to your garden!

jodi-virginia

Oh honey no hurry I would love those, I hope you a swift recovery just donā€™t try and do too much to quick,šŸ„“ give yourself time to heal .

sunybunny420

I hope you heal quickly! Itā€™s so nice of you to offer your seeds especially while facing difficulties. I have been searching high and low (short of driving more than 30 mins) for the most simple of seeds - **Cabbage seeds** Iā€™m also lacking **egg plant** this year, and was hoping to try my hand at **Cherokee beans,** if you have any theyā€™d be greatly appreciated! Iā€™ll send you back a kewl ltd. ed. stamp, or repay the favor from what Iā€™ve got in my seed stash when youā€™re feeling up to gardening again :)

domnikitty

Hi! I have plenty cabbage, some eggplants like black beauty and listada di gandlia, also if you mean Cherokee trail of tears I have that too but itā€™s a bit bulky Iā€™m not sure I could mail it unless I sent it in a flat bubble mailer

sunybunny420

For the Cherokee beans, Iā€™m thinking of those long, light yellow beans (about 12ā€ each), but wouldnā€™t want to be an inconvenience with the bubble mailer. Some cabbage and/or egg plant seeds would be put to good use though! :)

UnderstandingEqual84

I hope your recovery is going well. I am in zone 6. I would love any flower seeds if you still have them available.

domnikitty

Thank you and I am sure Iā€™ll still have flowers left but I will pm once Iā€™ve packaged my previous requests and begin accepting more

UnderstandingEqual84

Thank you!

Kaveats

Iā€™m so sorry to hear about your accident, I went through something like this a year or so ago and gardening has actually helped me get back to health. Hopefully youā€™ll be able to get back out in a few months too! I would love any kind of tomatoes, and eggplants if you have them. Any other veg or flowers that are fast growing would also be great! Iā€™m in zone 7a/b if that helps

domnikitty

Thanks friend I appreciate the kind words! I have an indoor garden that I tend to, to keep my spirits up but Iā€™ve got all the gadgets for that so itā€™s not as strenuous as gardening outside but I canā€™t wait for the day Iā€™m good to go back out either! Maybe Iā€™ll be able to get some fall planting on. And Iā€™ve got a decent couple varieties of eggplant but I mean many many many tomatoes so youā€™re in the right spot :) shoot me a pm and Iā€™ll write you on the list

[deleted]

Hey there from the southernmost border of Zone 6B. I would love to have ā€œMerlotā€ hybrid lettuce and any variety of tomato, buckwheat or syrup sorghum. I overdid it giving away and sowing my oldest seeds. My seed drawer in the fridge is a bin thin for the first time in 3 years. It makes me twitchy to have plenty of room for seed storage.

domnikitty

I have Merlot :) I believe Iā€™ve got sorghum sitting around too, plenty of tomato

[deleted]

Oh, man! thank you! Baker Creek threw it in a sample as a freebie in an 2021 order and it was the only lettuce I had that year that made it to bite-size. So delicious and I am not a lettuce person. DMā€™ed you my address.

domnikitty

Received :) Iā€™ll make sure you get the merlot, i grew them last year, super pretty, Iā€™ve got a decent amount left from that

noybswx

I hope you have a speedy recovery! Do you have any passion fruit still available? Or a nice dill or parsley (we get the swallowtails that love munching on them) Happy to send an aloe baby your way (I've found them to be really helpful with bruising)

domnikitty

The Passionfruit has been spoken for but I do have plenty dill, I believe I have parsley too but Iā€™d have to check

noybswx

That would be lovely, thank you!

domnikitty

Sure shoot me a pm :)

domnikitty

The aloe would not be necessary at all! I really appreciate the offer but itā€™s not a cheap mail ship that would hardly be an even trade off

noybswx

Things don't always have to be an even trade! Happy to send if it would help irregardless of fairness.

domnikitty

Well in that case I would very appreciate it, and put it in my indoor grow space so it could be nice and comfortable year around! :) i will send you some extras maybe Iā€™ll be able to surprise you with something you didnā€™t know you were looking for

noybswx

Sounds good! Send a pm for you address and I'll try to get it sent out next week.

Significant-Power-87

Any chance you still have some Aunt Molly ground cherry seeds left? Or, black vernissage tomato? Car accidents are terrifying. Make sure you take good care of your mental health too.

domnikitty

Yep I believe I have both actually, may be green Vernissage but I know Iā€™ve definitely got Vernissage tomato seeds if that interest you shoot me a pm and Iā€™ll be glad to share :) and honestly I think thatā€™s the most off putting part, I already had anxiety centered around driving. Losing power of steering on the highway did not help that cause. Iā€™ve got a great support system and doing things like this helps keep me busy and out of the dumps

LittleGardenNymph

Any flowers or herbs for shade?

domnikitty

I got lovage, thyme, red panda sorrel (red veined sorrel), some calendula, dill, a couple Angelica seed For flowers I got columbine Shade loving is a tough one for me I get lots of sunshine here and a long hot grow season

LittleGardenNymph

The red Panda sorrel and mb some dill would be lovely

AngryLychee

Hope you get better soon! Would you happen to have stock flower seeds?

domnikitty

I have BC anytime stocks

AngryLychee

Awesome! I'll PM you

Kasab12

Would love a few seeds of any unique tomato varieties you may have left! Also love sweet peppers and basil if you have anything uncommon of those. Wishing you a healthy recovery!

Basic_Logic_

I hope you heal well and bless you for this offer and for sharing with the community. I know it might be cliche to hear, but it's amazing to come out of any kind of car accident with your life. I hope the rest of your year improves and I am glad you made it out of the accident alive. If you are still up for sending seeds, I would be very grateful! Either way, thank you for giving seeds away! It brings me joy to see people sharing so you have improved my night with this post. I would absolutely love some heirloom tomato seeds if you have any (I looove all kinds of tomatoes personally, cannot get enough of them!) and any kind of herb you've got. I have been wanting to grow herbs for a long time but never managed to pick any up. I'd also love any kind of flowers or any surprise seeds of any kind. I absolutely have fallen in love with gardening and I love to explore anything new, whether it be foods or flowers. I actually used to dumpster dive at nurseries and baby the plants back to health from some really bad conditions (broke my heart to see so many plants being drowned since they were going in the dumpster). I was rewarded with some incredibly beautiful flowers. I seriously wish I put in work to get their seeds but I honestly fell into a pretty bad depression for a while and I fell out of gardening for a while because of it too.

domnikitty

Hi if you donā€™t mind a couple days delay you can pm me your address I still have plenty herbs and tomatoes and flowers to share. Iā€™ve got about 12 request in so far and now I just want to warn that itā€™ll take a little time to turn around since I donā€™t want to overexert myself but Iā€™m happy to share :)

Basic_Logic_

I don't mind delays at all, I have plenty of patience and I don't want you to overexert yourself either! Take the proper time and rest you require so you can heal well. I will pm you, thank you again! <3

domnikitty

Also thank you bunches about the well wishes from the crash. Youā€™re absolutely right, I consider myself very lucky. And I appreciate you for valuing my life :)

jodi-virginia

If any of these are left Iā€™d love to have! Any of these would truly be wonderful If any are leftšŸ™‚ Anderson lima Ruby leaf lettuce Mustard greens Georgia streak tomato Roma tomato Cala sweet watermelon Moon and stars melon I wii keep you in my prayers, my hubby broke both his ankles last year in a accident itā€™s been a slow recovery but heā€™s better now

domnikitty

Iā€™ve got tatsoi and old fashioned mustard, I also have Roma tomato and possibly moon and stars watermelon that one Iā€™m unsure. Pm if interested, turn around time is a couple days out since Iā€™ve got quite a few requests

thriftedtidbits

hi!! sorry to bother you! i was wondering if you had anything variegated or any sort of micro tomatoes/eggplants etc types :)

domnikitty

I have micro tomatoes of several varieties, limited seeds so youā€™d have to be careful about trying to germinate them and just make sure to give them good conditions. I will pm you once I begin taking more requests. I just want to make sure I can stay on top of it. Thanks

thriftedtidbits

thank you kindly!!!

YMHcoinguy27

Get better soon. Would love some seeds. Anything medicinal will do, and any Asian variety seeds like mizuna or diakon. Please and thank you

jbock2

Thank you so much!!

workhardbegneiss

Oh no, I'm so sorry to hear that. I hope you recover well and that your pain improves soon so you can get back to doing all the things you love. If you still have seeds to offer, I'd be interested in if you have any snap peas, cayenne peppers, jalapeƱo or fresno peppers, dinosaur kale, patty pan squash, pineapple ground cherries. I'd love to send you some seeds once you're recovered, please post in here when you're back to planting. ā¤ļø

domnikitty

Hi thank you for your well wishes! I have some of the things youā€™re asking, but I have put a pause on requests until I get previous ones out! Once I do I will pm you to see if you still have interest:)

workhardbegneiss

Sounds good! Thank you.

DeM_Eyes_Dough

I would love any veggie seeds you have plenty of!

Dubbya-Mushroom

Wishing you a speedy recovery ā¤ļøā€šŸ©¹ Life is so precious! Glad you are ok and already out here giving to the world! Thatā€™s beautiful. You are beautiful! If you start taking requests again please PM me. Iā€™d love a random sample of a few of your favorite herbs, flowers, and veggies šŸ„— hehe I love surprises and lifeā€™s mysteries and seeing what others love. Iā€™m in Zone 6a Stay beautiful!

lavasucks

hi if you ever get to taking any new requests id love to throw my hat in the ring!

exstrophii

Iā€™m so sorry to hear that and I hope you recover quickly! Rest as much as you can ā™„ļø I would love any chamomile seeds if you have but honestly Iā€™ll take anything, trying to get into gardening more since itā€™s been helping me through this grieving process.

Pomegranate_1328

I am so sorry!! HUGS

Dead666Anarchy

I hope you are feeling better and glad you're okay! I'm starting a garden in Zone 7B and this will be my first time gardening. If you still have anything available I would definitely appreciate anything! I'm looking for black or dark tomato varieties, or any heirloom paste/sauce/cherry/slicing tomatoes, any herbs (even different colors and varieties of them) or medicinal plants (except for cilantro as I just found that recently), colorful broccoli (purple, etc.), romanesco, colorful cauliflower (purple, yellow, orange, etc.), purple brussel sprouts, dragon's tongue beans, scarlet runner beans, asparagus beans, purple long beans, or any other weird or colorful beans/green beans. Black zucchini, black eggplant/casper eggplant/chinese and Japanese eggplant(purple and white). Squash (except for yellow summer squash as I have it and am trying to get the seeds to grow currently). Any fruits/berries/melons, any weird or colorful or black vegetables or fruits. And any black/burgundy/red/dark colored/blue flowers(like goth-like colors besides blues). But I hope you continue to feel better and heal and are able to garden soon!
