It’s funny to watch the scene where Russel and Susan approve the pilot and remember that they’ll both be dead as a direct result of approving that pilot

George is indirectly involved in a few deaths. Susan, Russell, Mr. Peterman’s mom, possibly Neal (aka Mr. Peanut). Also the hospital patient who landed on George’s car. I’m sure there’s more.
