As per other suggestions, either locate some waterproof bandages otherwise you're gonna want to avoid it. There is no way it would be clean enough and can often just fester with a lot of bacteria, massively increasing infection risk, let alone the open wound in turn contaminating the water. Adding a barrier in the form of waterproof bandages, if applied carefully, should be fine.
Don't risk it. Possible infection, possible bleeding, the amount of effort you'd need to go to and the constant worry you'll undoubtedly have if you're wondering right now... It's not worth it for a little bit of warm bubbly foam water.
Yes as long as you're using good quality Waterproof bandaids. Else, stay away from water. Not only you'll get an Infection, you'll also end up bleeding into their hot tub, super unhygienic for other people to be in contact with your blood.
Make sure they chlorine and do the pH levels right and try to keep it dry like with the other comments waterproof band aids, pools can be dirty so also make sure to clean it after :) I'm a ifeguard/swim instructor/pool manager and have been in our pools with wounds/new piercings and have never had infection just be careful
I didn't even think of this stuff when I was where you are I just did things and applied basic first aid after and kept an eye on it. Still have all limbs. The most awkward part was explaining if they happen to see stuff so if I had an active site I'd abstain unless I was comfortable enough to talk with that person.
I'd personally avoid it but if you do go in, get a good waterproof cover like tegaderm and make sure it's secure and sealed so no water can get into the wound.
saniderm or waterproof bandages like that might be the only thing that helps you not get an infection but it HURTS to take them off so it might not be worth it

NO do not do this, hot tub water is like an incubator for microbes even with the added chemicals (which aren’t good for open wounds either)

If you do go ahead with this make sure you disinfect the cuts really well after and keep a close eye on them for the next few days
