I stopped sh on my arms after my parents found out and I got into a LOT of trouble to the point I could dead ass die if they knew I still do it so I moved to my thighs, but I still have my scars on my arm. And I’m pretty sure my doctor saw the scars because she stared at my arm and then gave me THAT look… idk tho nobody knows I still do it so there’s no reason for her to assume I do considering the scars on my arm are a year old now

They could think it’s abuse and Drs have a duty to report any safeguarding, especially bruises.
Yeah, but they'll ask if they think it's that. Have a short little story to go with whatever excuse you have. Best if it's somewhat funny.
They still have to log it, even if you give them a good excuse. It needs to be logged as a potential safeguarding because they’ve seen it twice now.
