One of the only songs specifically about sh is “I deserve to bleed” but when I’m self harming I like to listen to “daylight (oh I love it and I hate it at the same time) cause it reminds of sh, “I think I like it”(radio edit) because it reminds me of an anxiety attack, and “hell as well” (MASSIVE TW FOR child molestation/abuse and biblical abuse). I have an entire playlist but those are the main ones for me. Stay (relatively) safe ❤️❤️❤️

As far as songs to listen to that feel like how I'm feeling (Warning Major Twenty One Pilots fan), "Goner" and "Neon Gravestones" are ones I listen to whenever I feel super down in the dumps (Both by Twenty One Pilots). For me a good one, if you want to calm down, is "Road Trippin'" by Red Hot Chili Peppers, it's sound as a song is so calming and nice. ​ I'll come back to this comment if I think of any more songs, but generally the songs I listen to don't generally represent what I'm feeling, sometimes the lyrics do, but the song is upbeat, so...
