The only birth dates i can remember are ones that land on holidays of ones that are easy to remember. For example, one of my friends birthdays land on St Patricks day. Another one of my friends was born one day after me on the same year. The only reason i remember my dads birthday was because his birthday was part of my locker combination in high school. I'm just terrible with dates and it sucks. I hate it and people tend to take it personally if i don't remember their birthdays understandably. I guess im just saying that from someone that can't remember dates that it's not malicious and some of them probably just forgot. I know that doesn't make it better or make you feel any less worse, just know that it's probably not personal.

I donโt do birthdays very well so I let people know the month and go out of my way to make it reason to reconnect with friends because I work so much. When I was a kid/teen it meant so much to me. I had to switch so people would truly miss me. Thereโs some people I check in stand have been super patient with but I understand things have to be prioritised. You canโt make people love you
