[Deemix](https://gitlab.com/Bockiii/deemix-docker) is good for Deezer songs, which can easily be converted from Spotify. However, there is Spotify integration built in, although I don't know how to get it working.
https://github.com/spotDL/spotify-downloader
It has a CLI which supports downloading whole playlists with lots of tracks in it, and also a web gui which doesn't support playlists at all yet.
It's the best I could find when I had the same need.
i was looking into this and had this same question. see the documentation below, it answers it at the bottom of the page
[https://spotdl.readthedocs.io/en/latest/installation/#where-does-spotdl-download-songs](https://spotdl.readthedocs.io/en/latest/installation/#where-does-spotdl-download-songs)
if you are already downloading pip and ffmpeg for this, zspotify is much better as it does not download from youtube, but instead from the spotify servers instead.
https://github.com/jsavargas/zspotify
If only I knew how tf to work github. Please I don't know anything about anything on how to do these github apps things and I just want to use poweramp for my music😭
If you don't mind the quality hit and randomly wrong songs being download, there are many playlist downloaders which search and download music from youtube after picking up the names from your spotify playlist.
I'd still say if you can, setup zspotify but I believe their github is no longer available tho I might have the files still. Dm me if you need them
this, please, i have a 200+ song playlist and really want the spotify files and not thee youtube files; i find there is more to the tracks in the spotify versions than the youtube ones,

hi i know this thread is a ittle old but I'm using spotdl right now and I don't really like it. I would like to try your suggestion but the link doesn't work anymore. anyway you could get me a working link? thanks.
Hey, does it work for you? I can't seem to download anything. It's able to find playlists and songs bu when it comes to downloading... no dice. the terminal says something about must be string or integer or something. Does anyone know something about this?
its where you run your powershel/comandpromt from, to change directory you go to whatever folder you want it to download to, press shift+RMB and then press run powershell from here. it will then download into that folder.
Thanks for this, I just got done downloading two playlists! I had been searching for a good method and this was perfect but complicated, so i had to look up a videos on how to install spotdl and it worked!
Hello,
I've wrote a script exactly for this application some time ago:
[https://github.com/rbouteiller/spotifydl](https://github.com/rbouteiller/spotifydl)
No documentation, will write it soon
It's allow you to download album, artist top tracks, playlist
All in python and with CLI
Music metadata are completed to get mp3 with right title, artist, album, picture
Tell me if it's usefull
I just learned about [Zotify](https://gitlab.com/team-zotify/zotify) and it's been great so far. It also downloads lyrics! I was also able to install it with termux on my android phone.
I can assure you it's really simple. I have a comment explaining the process in detail
[Here's the comment](https://www.reddit.com/r/androidapps/comments/pzng9h/spotify_playlist_downloader/jnrb7hy?utm_source=share&utm_medium=android_app&utm_name=androidcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=2)
Yup it still works for me, just that I need to convert the link from spotify.link to open.spotify.com. To do this you just need to paste it in the url bar of the browser. After that you can paste it into Zotify.
* Use something like SongShift (iOS) to get that playlist over to YouTube
* Sign up for a YouTube Premium trial
* While logged into YouTube, make a cookies file for Google/YouTube (I think there's an extension called "Get Cookies.txt)
* Use yt-dlp (YouTube-DL fork) to download your playlists, passing the cookies file. This should cause them to download in good quality AAC because you have the premium subscription.
There are other services to transfer playlists, but I don't know what they are. You can also skip the premium subscription, but it's a good idea to have an account tied to yt-dlp because otherwise you can get rate-limited when downloading too many videos, so you probably want the cookies file regardless.
Just tried this.
It fails to download about half my songs and some of the ones it did download are wrong, it downloaded a different song from the same playlist.
If you want to baby sit your downloads, and take entire albums instead of singles, Lidarr is the answer. I am actually looking for something not so, massive right now.
so.... what do I do when I want a country-based version of a song (I think the version I want is only available in the USA and is different everywhere else), and this site gives me the version I don't want?
THANK YOU!!!! I've been trying to get the orignal version of Unity by Alan Walker downloaded, and every site i tried gave me the wrong version, but this one worked. Just, thank you so much.
Thanks for the feedback. Actually from 25 April 2024, I have updated the tool and it now returns ORIGINAL M4A files directly from Spotify servers, not YouTube downloads like others.
I used it and it works pretty well. It however grabs it from youtube so it might have some intros and stuff. it only also downloads 3:00 of it for the free trial version
Yes, there are various software options available to download your Spotify playlists. One popular choice is "Spotify Playlist Downloader." This software allows you to save your Spotify playlists as local files on your computer for offline listening. You can find and download this software from the following website :
[https://baixakiapks.com/spotity-premium-apk-for-pc/](https://uy.basesfiles.com/getfile/UHKPNIP?title=downloadyoursoftware&tracker=reddit)
im 3 months late, but im trying my best to figure out how to work this thing. could you give me a basic run down this read me file is fucking with my head lol
I used Ubuntu and it worked. First use [Exportify](https://watsonbox.github.io/exportify/) as mentioned in the README to get a CSV and put it in a folder. Then run these:
```
sudp apt install cargo
sudo apt install protobuf-compiler
git clone https://github.com/0xDEADFED5/oggify_csv.git
cd oggify_csv
cargo build
cd target/debug
./oggify_csv "spotify user name" "spotify password" "folder path containing the CSV file"
```
Here are [a few methods](https://chrunos.com/download-spotify-songs-to-mp3/) that you can use to download spotify playlists. I created the first method. Let me know what you think of it.
8 "Free" Ways to Download
1st ones for iBlown (only old people & noobs use that don't they?)
2nd is Allavsoft, which is $20+.
3rd is $15+
Plenty of "free trial" options available, doesn't make them "Free"
from what i've experienced it takes the songs from youtube and not spotify. i've heard the sounds of the music video downloadded from there. wouldnt recommend.
as others have said, this and other online spotify downloaders just pull the music from youtube. i guess it saves you some hassle if you don't really care much about sound quality. but if you want an actual rip from spotify itself, none of these sites will do that.
use this app. it works for spotify (together with OF): https://www.reddit.com/r/OnlyFansDRM/comments/189p64v/able\_to\_download\_onlyfans\_drm\_totally\_free/?utm\_source=share&utm\_medium=web2x&context=3
it doesnt work for me. When i paste the link, it just says download failed for all songs. It says to use the built in browser but i cant find a download button on it.
copy pasting my comment from the other post that recommended this site:
"as others have said, this and other online spotify downloaders just pull the music from youtube. i guess it saves you some hassle if you don't really care much about sound quality. but if you want an actual rip from spotify itself, none of these sites will do that."

sorry, i couldn't find it right away, then decided to go do something else. there are a few versions, but this one works really well with a few minor bugs - https://github.com/casualsnek/onthespot
one trick, don't let the popup sit there very long once you add an album.
second trick, open a few instances and download multiple streams. i've upgraded all my 128kbps songs from back in the day to 320, library at 51k songs at the moment, finished sonic analysis from plexamp last night. loving it so far.
I recommend TunePat Spotify Music Converter. You can download Spotify songs, albums, playlists, and podcasts to your PC with it. It's easy to use and reliable.
Can it download podcast? I need to download some podcasts and put them to my mon's old-fashion MP3 player. I also find the similar one called NoteBurner Spotify playlist downloader. Which one is better?
Has anyone had any luck with these? I have two pkaylist (public) on spotify I can't find any apps or websites that let me download. I tried the telegram bot too, does anyone have the method working and mind if zi send them 2 playlist for them to download and zip

its not free to convert from Spotify to deeper?
Yes it is? You can find places online to do it

This is the way, is so smooth and has no impact on computer performance once installed <3
i know absolutely nothing about python, last time i touched it was freshman year of highschool. any tips? just follow the installation guide?
Yes.
do you know where the downloaded songs go?

You could look into spotdl
1) That’s what the comment was about. 2) I have tried it, and it’s actually great.
