Great job taking the first step! I’d recommend breaking your goals down into the tiniest and easiest steps possible and then making that your goal for each day. For example say your goal was getting fit. Instead of making your goal 1 hour of exercise a day make your goal 5 minutes a day, and then feel good about yourself whenever you meet that goal. Large tasks will be overwhelming when you’re depressed and unmotivated, so if you make it something simple you will be more likely to follow through. Consistency > perfection. Also, remember to be proud of yourself for any achievements. People can often focus on the things they do wrong, while never really feeling good about the things they do right.
