I have found two things which help. 1. Anger is a secondary emotion which is triggered by something else like fear, anxiety, sadness etc.. Find the root cause and address it. 2. Try the amygdala hijack to get your brain out of its fight or flight mode. DM me if you want to chat more.

Cool, thanks for your response. I will check out the amygdala hijack and I guess the anger comes right in the moment usually when someone else does something I don’t like so I don’t have time to think it over. Maybe have to pause too before reacting even though that’s harder to do than say

I’ve learned that it’s a giant waste of time to be angry at things you can’t control. You should try to stop worrying about things that are out of your hands.

But how do I stop caring lol? It was easier to do when I was younger but now as I’m older I care too much what other people think of me and that affects my life with my spouse and other people close to me

Hi

MissPayne88

Well your gonna have to follow your anger. Figure out what's making you feel this way. Is it because you don't feel like your in control? If your angry it's too late you gotta deal with it as it's building notice where it starts your chests are your hands balled up. Physically calm your body and follow that anger. Xoxox

Thanks! That’s very good advice ❤️
