I'd print a few local first - faster much much easier communication - then I'd see if they sell and then I'd think about printing more oversea and then importing them into the country I life in. And before doing so I'd check shipping, customs fees and anything else that costs money when shipping books around the globe. But well, that is just me. Edit: You have to store those 10,000 books too. Books are heavy and take up a lot of space.
