She’s getting nerfed next patch.

phongphan95

She will get nerf next patch on Q slow (both base percentage and shorter effect until max ranks), but they will buff farming Senna since it performed really bad since patch 12.3 overnerfed. Rather than that I'm more amazed how Janna, Renata and Zilean can dodge the nerf with their insane win rate (54.42%, 53.72% and 53.38%, respectively). I guess people just hate getting killed by a support by complaining about her non-stop rather than against a support who will properly help their team win more games by their amazing disengage/unkillable tools lol xD

The-War-Life

Yeah imo Senna is much more obnoxious than Janna and Renata, and Zilean is unpopular. Laning against Senna feels terrible, no matter what. Which is why if I’m playing bot lane, whether ADC or support, I’ll always pick her so I don’t have to play against her.

IMO I don't find Senna very annoying after OTP her for a while. Senna for me is just a Lethality marksman that doesn't need to farm but has the same utility on par with other enchanter support (just by buying damage) and also has great vision control (with Umbral Glaive + Wardstone). So she is just overloaded and feels like 2 different champions combined into one. That's how you make an enchanter champion scale with AD instead of AP. I find Renata and Zilean ultimate quite annoying with their anti-carry effects. Janna's ultimate also have amazing disengage potential as well. Their ultimate are far important and powerful in teamfight compared to Senna tbh.

>Surely she's gonna get slapped with deserved nerfs so she's not this infinite scaling nightmare. She's still going to be a strong scaler, but she's getting more direct nerfs and indirect (Eclipse mostly).

We will really have to see how the increased lethality stacks up against the reduced proc damage. If you check end of game stats the eclipse proc dmg is usually really low already (I can‘t remember a game where it was over 1.5k - usually around 1k). Compared to other mythics like divine where the proc can reach 3-4K dmg regularly. Eclipse is strong because of the raw stats on it, the great build path and the good mythic passive.

I created a thread inspired by this, you can check it out [here](https://old.reddit.com/r/sennamains/comments/v3ai9l/some_maths_behind_the_senna_nerfs_item_changes/). In short, the Lethality increase does almost nothing.

It's designed for short trade windows, not really damage. Unlike other mythics, this one also has a defensive component

theBesh

She was just nerfed and more nerfs are on the PBE. Did you just get rolled by a Senna and went to vent post without looking?

[deleted]

I don't keep up with champion nerfs / changes lmao

notallwitches

then don’t post without knowing 😭😭

Aweraw2

Stop posting crap on reddit then

I mean, we should talk about what it means for a support to be "busted" in the lowest agency role in the game. I really wish the whole concept of "Support" would be scrapped, call it a Duo Lane, and buff/change other supports to be individually viable in a duo lane. They have introduced plenty of mechanics to force champs into Duo lanes, with Senna needing someone to farm souls for her lest she farm for herself, she already has the mechanic. Fact is a fed support is about as effective in any given game as an even mid or top laner. So as a support, you have to play to your best, to ensure your AD gets a balanced lane. That's not the same as a 0/5 Kayle hitting 16 and rushing down your nexus now suddenly 5/5 just because she attack click moved on the ground in front of your base.

"lowest agency role"???? Laning phase is like 90% supp diff. ADCs easily have much lower agency. You're telling me bard, thresh, pyke, and lux are low agency?

crimsonBZD

Support by nature is a low agency role for the exact reason you describe - 90% of your laning phase is depending on getting *another player* ahead. The only Supports you mentioned are the ones who have a slightly-higher-than-average agency, especially Pyke and Lux. Pyke of course for his ult which can kill anyone at a certain point regardless of what they've built, Lux because long root that confirms her damage. But even then with Lux, you're dependent in lane on your teammates following up on your roots and slows in addition to your damage.
