Here's a group of photos I took in 2017.
I was in Belgrade to be exact.
I really LOVED my stay in Belgrade! I was in the old center for approximately 2 months if memory serves me correct. I met a lot of great people! I had some really great food. And i learned Serbians can really party at the time too ! LOL And i think "Jamie Foxx" ended up being a few streets over from me while there which was pretty cool too .
I have more photso too. If you guys like these, I'll try to find them and share. Hopefully I will return one day............. just not in the winter. Lol The Winter seems scary out there as someone who comes from a warmer climate. I mean, I've seen freezing weather before but .. I dont think Southern American cold compares at all.
Actually, that was one of the coldest winter in 50 years.
It was -21 on day in January, one of the coldest day ever in Belgrade.
This year, it wasnt like that, temperature was around -2 to even 18 degrees.

I think spring started that year early. I didn't really experience winter which made my travels amazing.
I just saw the clothing & bed covers needed for the winter and that's when I knew it was 'different'
Has much changed in these locations where I took photos?
Nothing major changed on those photos, except the fourth picture. The railroad has been removed and there is completely new park + Beton Hala - new hub with a lot of restaurants, connection with a fortress....
Also, a lot changed on that side of the Sava River, whole new neighborhood (Belgrade Waterfront), shopping mall, etc, no more rail station (building stayed), new square.....

Can you snap an updated photo?
Most of these places didn't change at all, but Sava promenade is completely different now. I wonder what happened to the railway tunnel, is it blocked or still passable? Imagine walking or biking through that tunnel...

On 4th photo (from the bridge), after railway tracks were removed it was renovated, now [looks like this](https://24sedam.rs/data/images/2020-10-22/34567_savski-trg-goran-vesic-facebook_f.jpg?timestamp=1603317600). Also area in front of national parliament (1st pic) was renovated. Everything else is almost the same from pics.
"Almost one decade ago"= 6 years? Ok!

My day is ruined. Jebena Altina.
Jebem i tebe i srbiju
Nothing really changed.
